I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. This company does a great job at communication by sending several reminder texts about our appointment, as well as a call ahead the day of service. The technicians were thorough and provided us with several options to fix our problem. They even reduced the price when the repair didn’t take as long as expected!
