We called Robins Plumbing after calling two other places who failed to follow up, because we had no idea where our sewer cleanout was. We got same day service from Eddy, who was super professional and friendly. Would definitely call Robins again

Belsito Plumbing did an excellent job installing customer-purchased faucet sets, installed new sinks and shut-off valves for them and repaired two shower faucets. Great work.

Daniel Awwad was very helpful. He explained what was problem and mentioned that it can be fixed instead of selling me a whole toilet. This company do shows that Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a major plumbing back up. Toilets and showers. A repair man named Pete fixed it all. I am not a plumbing novice and I could not fix it. I removed toilet the whole nine yards. These guys are great and honest. Call Oarker and dons before George Brazil. I have had both and Brazil is tooooo expensive.

This company is great. All of the workers are professional and courteous. The prices are reasonable and the company is extremely honest. They will never try to sell you something that you don't need. I highly recommend them.

All Hours Plumbing came out to our house 9/25/2022 to repair the emergency drain on our washing machine after it came unseated, resulting in some water leaking through the floor. The technician was great, responded immediately and replaced/ sealed the new drain. After the tech left, I later tested the seal that night by pouring a small amount of water in the drain pan and the water leaked through the same path once more. I called the company back and the tech said he would be out the next morning at 10am sharp to reseal the drain and or do some additional work we discussed.

This is where the 1 star review comes in, the tech never showed up, zero communication text, call etc. When attempting to call either the Google company number or tech we had communicated previously with, I received a prompt that the number had call restrictions and is unable to complete my call (The Company appeared to have blocked both our numbers). Mind you these were the same numbers we were regularly communicating on the prior two days. Even stranger, I called each number back from a separate phone and it went through no problem.

Managed to speak with Ashley at the -2615 number and she offered no explanation and said she would look into it. Had to call her back hours later to find out she had spoken with the tech and he stated I refused water service, issued me a refund and told me to find another plumber. I never refused any service, never asked for a refund and instead was under the impression i would be paying them for additional work as the tech and I discussed.

Overall bad experience, unprofessional, poor communication. There are plenty of other plumbing companies in the valley to choose from. To the owner, please don't bother responding to this review, the opportunity to make the situation right has since passed.

9/29/2022 Update in response to owners reply:
The initial replacement of the drain was completed as recommended by the tech, no problem that was great, happily paid. I did not demand anything of the tech the following day, simply called the tech the same night (recorded calls will verify this to be true) and noted it was still leaking after a small test and he mentioned he could come out the next day and reseal or we could opt for the outfitting of a different drain and fasten it to the floor from underneath.

9/27/2022, the tech confirmed that he would be out at 10am on 9/28/2022 to replace the drain and fasten to the floor (new job, agreed to pay for this). I never demanded anything, asked for a refund, nor refused to pay for any service; only asked if there was any flexibility on pricing for the additional work. I don’t appreciate the accusation that I am defaming anyone, get your information straight.

MISTING SYSTEM INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE. KYLE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEMS; TROUBLE SHOOTS QUICKLY AND EASILY AND INSTALL WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY ON A 14,000 SQUARE FOOT HOME. PERFECT.

Very professional and very fast

PV Plumbing is a very knowledgeable and customer focused company. I was very impressed with how they took time to listen and come up with good solutions to my problems.
The only issue I had is that they are too good and too in demand. They are very busy and the amount of work they are doing leads to minor timing and administrative issues. These shortcomings are insignificant overall, but they do exist. It was easy for me to overlook the issues due to quality of work and good price on the work. Overall a great company and I would gladly use them again.

Shaun is the top of the list regarding an upstanding person, professional and skilled in his area of expertise. He was prompt and called prior to coming over! I have already recommended JohnCo to others that may or may not have a warranty program. The front office also is extremely professional. Tracie was a pleasure to deal with. Today our service representative, Danny Sayegh arrived to service our AC as we were away in the Spring when we usually do it. Danny was very efficient, amicable and not only did the usual Donley service, but addressed a buzzing sound that we have been having periodically when the AC stops and the condensation drains from the water pump. He was diligent in addressing our needs, and assessing the problem. He also took the time to talk to us about a service contract and explain the ways we could profit from purchasing it. We will give it some real consideration after our 5 year warranty is over the first part of next year.

The technician was friendly yet professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had my A/C up and running in no time. Thank you
