Tech Rob S. and helpers Chris & Zach were very professional with installing fire alarms and lighting. They really went above and beyond to do efficient, quality work. They spent 4 hours on my project the day before a holiday! They made sure I was satisfied with their work before I paid.

Troy was excellent, knew his job, and did it very well !! He had a helper Eddie,who was a good worker also. Troy answered my questions and made sure I understood the system and work they were doing. I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!



Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!



He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! ??



I was charged exactly as quoted too!! What more could I have wanted to be happy you ask?? Absolutely NOTHING!! They were fabulous!! Thanks again Champion!!

What a great experience I just had with Peerless Plumbing!! I had been experiencing various problems with my plumbing/sewer system for several years now and I finally decided I cant take this anymore. Christian came out (even on a Saturday) to diagnosis the problem. On time, very professional and courteous, Christian allowed me to watch his monitor as he scoped my entire drain system. After reassuring me there was no damage to my drain lines, he offered his advice as to how I might correct the issues I was having on my own. Last, he told me that since he was already in the area and found no damage or need for repairs, there would be no charge for his time or service that day. REALLY? It is so hard to find a family owned company like Peerless who cares more about doing the right thing and putting the customer first... before making a buck. I expected to pay a trip charge that day, but not with Peerless. Needless to say, Christian and his team at Peerless Plumbing will be my first and only call the next time I need a plumbing solution! Thank you Christian! You guys are the best!!!

We were desperately seeking a plumber , our drain had clogged and was very badly stopping up. It was on a saturday , my husband called from the yellow pages , found the number of HERO HOME SERVICES , Mr. BERTIN came on the scene , very graciously let us know how the problem came about , fixed it and also how we can maintain it for future occurences . I say thank you sir for being our heroe in this matter !!

Im a community supervisor and i called apes for a shower valve replacement. Anthony arrived earlier than stated by dispatch (which is big in my book) and was prompt and professional and the manner in which he conducted himself. I look forward to the next time i need to call apes. Thank you

Realized my water heater was leaking Sunday of MLK weekend (of course). On Monday I called Plumbrite. They offered to provide an estimate if I would submit photos of my current water heater and it’s spec label. Within 1 hour I received a very fair estimate. Plumbrite’s schedule was already pretty full and the best they could do was Thursday AM. I spoke with Aaron and explained we were already without hot water for 24hrs. Going another 3 days just wouldn’t cut it. He said he’d call some of his Tuesday appointments and call me back. Within the hour, he called back and said he was able to move his 8am appointment but not the next one. He could do my install but he’d need to start between 6:30am and 7. I agreed and he was there the next day as promised. He and a helper removed the old unit and installed the new one. He showed me one of my existing valves which had a crack and he recommended it be replaced for $25. I agreed and upon presentation of the final bill it was the original estimate amount plus $25. Great job and great company. I highly recommend.

The guy replaced me two valve for my toilets. I checked on line, the total cost was 40 dollars. The guy worked 30 minutes, I paid 270 dollars. 230 dollars labor for 30 minutes, a true robbery.

Called about 1hr ago asking for service on my mobile home and the lady said she'd check if they work on mobile homes and she'd call me right back 20min later when I got no call back I called Emergency Plumbing they were at my house ready to work literally less than 10min of calling them and at 11am the job was done (fastest service ever only took 30min!!)
