Best Replace Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

Our experience with this company was amazing!! I found them on Angie's List, and once I punched in my info, Custom Plumbing called within minutes! The scheduler was kind and concerned, and had somebody out that same day (within a very short time!). WNash was the guy who showed up, and he was amazing!!! We thought it was a simple drain plug up, but after snaking and assessing the situation, it was apparent that we needed to do more. Nash gave us all of our options, and even consulted with more experienced plumbers in the company, to make sure that we were choosing the best solution.We even had a follow-up call from the scheduler to make sure that we were satisfied with the results of the visit... It makes me wonder who is doing the "training program" for this company....definitely someone is doing something right :)We ended up having to have our pipes 'jetted', but we only had to wait a day in order to have that done. We are from North Dakota, where service is "the name of the game", so we were astounded at the quick, expert, and knowledgeable service that we received!!!The price was explained as 'it's starts out at" a fixed price, which we thought was very reasonable. As it turned out, that ended up being the final price, which was so great.When Nash and James (who was the experienced guy for jetting) were done, they made sure that we had all the info that we needed, as well as contact numbers. So far everything is working GREAT again, thanks to guys that really care about the customer!!You can't go wrong with this company in our estimation! Kudos to Nash, James and the company!!

From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. I highly recommend your company!!

They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

Patrick Riley sent their Tech Ernest out to trouble shoot my A/C units.
While he was looking into the matter he discovered one of my A/C units had worn a hole into the copper line leading to the compressor, he then found that all the freon and oil had escaped.
Ernest was very knowledgeable, I could tell he was in his realm and very familiar with what he was doing, He explained what he had to do, before, during and after in a professional manor.
The job took several hours to repair, and I was impressed with his ability to work in the heat to complete the job in fast and friendly manner. Thank You for having a great tech like Ernest

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

EXCELLENT experience!! Contact with 13 or 14 Penguin Air employees during my service ... every one of them courteous, knowledgeable, worked non-stop, good to a VERY nervous small dog. Kyle was awesome! He went through all the checks he was doing and why they had to be checked. Glad he pointed out the stuff he did as now I know what to keep an eye out for. I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.
