Best Replace Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

My husband and I purchased a home warranty when we bought our new home. We have had a few plumbing issues in the last year and always waited for Old Republic to assign someone for service.

The plumbing issues we've encountered involved raw sewage in our guest bathroom tub. Our drain line was clogged and required being rotored out. The first company they sent out told me that they couldn't find our clean outs and that our warranty didn't cover him going through the roof. He said he would do it by removing our toilet in the guest bathroom and use that pipe. The gentleman did not use any gloves and left... brown fingerprints... throughout the work area. Needless to say, I bleached my entire house after he left and told ORHW never to send him out again.

Fast forward to Thanksgiving, and the problem occured again. The company sent out Anthony's Plumbing. From the get go, Jennifer, Eric and Mark were incredibly helpful. Jennifer called and let us know before Eric was to arrive. He came in and determined our warranty DOES cover going through the roof since we had purchased the extra coverage. He rotored it and left.

A week later, the same problem occured. This time, Jennifer had Mark come out to our home. Mark was able to determine that the cause of the blockage was roots in our sewage drain where it connected to the city line. . . six feet below ground. He used a camera to pinpoint the exact location. My husband and I were able to get the majority of the hole dug where he needed to be before he arrived.

When Mark got there, he was a machine. He got the area cleared out and ready to replace within an hour. All in all, he was able to get the area replaced (including having to get parts) and the hole filled in again in just a few hours. The price was exceptionally reasonable. He was friendly, honest and wonderful to work with. Our home warranty did not cover the replacement, but we felt comfortable going through Anthony's Plumbing to complete the repair due to the exceptional service that we received from all of the staff, especially Mark.

Thank you... we can now flush without praying!

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Albert and Joel were a blessing to work with in a very stressful time and their crew are amazing. We had an emergency major repair and both Albert and Joel consistently checked in on the progress their crew was making and gave me up to date progress reports on how things were going and explanations when they needed to try something a different way. I also very much appreciated that they offer a Veteran discount. Will use again for all plumbing needs :)

I would definitely recommend Jorge Prieto-Moran! He arrived about 30 minutes after I called and cleaned our kitchen drain out in no time at all. He was courteous, clean (brought a drop cloth to contain any mess), and professional. I was also able to use their $20 coupon, which was a pleasant surprise as well. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!
