Unfortunately I found a huge plumbing problem today when leaving from work. Didn’t know what to do about this since I had no idea what I was looking at. Luckily, I called Robins plumbing and they sent Josh. He knows his stuff! Josh calmed me down and walked me through everything. I felt at easy even though my house was damaged with water everywhere. I can appreciate the trade so much as I haven’t had to deal with too many plumbing problems over the years. I wanted to leave this review in hopes others read this and become loyal customers like I just did. Thank you Josh for making this horrible experience go away. You have a customer for life

Disposal went out and had a hard time to find a plumber. I called PINK and they got someone out the next day. While he was here, he also changed out my water filters. Will use them from now on.

The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He repaired my leaky hose bib in a timely manner. I thought the price was too high but it needed to be done.

The company were very professional and stayed in touch with us on what was going to happen next. They let us know when they were coming and the communication was outstanding. Got the issue fixed that needed attention in a timely manner and did a great job.

Sent out by my home warranty to trouble shoot my tankless water heater. Showed them it didn't work, tested 3 times. Tried to sell me a flush service, for $250, which was just done 6 months ago. Saying they couldn't properly test it without them doing the service. I'm a licensed contractor, $250 for a hour service and a gallon of cleaner? Come on... Not first time home warranty has sent them to my house. First time was for a toilet and they wanted to charge 1300 to move toilet hold down flange over a inch before replacing toilet.. RIP OFF

Dishonest pricing.I needed a dedicated circuit installed in my garage. 20 AMP breaker, less than 15 foot run. The technician quoted me at $770 for a 40 foot run and two hours of labor. I talked him down to $390. He was finished in 48 minutes.Prices aren't transparent. There was no breakdown for parts and labor. If this was just a service (parts and labor) I shouldn't have been able to negotiate the price down. I would not recommend George Brazil for electrical work. If you're in the Tempe area, go with Mister Electric.I didn't receive a receipt and I ended up going through my credit card company to get an invoice copy.

Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.
