Maintenance tech Nicolas conducted annual maintenance check on our Navien water heater. Highly impressed with him. Very knowledgeable. Very personable & friendly. Took time to answer my questions, and explained the importance of correct water pressure in the system. Very professional. I recommend giving him a raise. Also, very impressed by phone staff when requesting maintenance check.

We had a new overhead light installed in our garage. Liam Atchley was the electrician that did the work. Excellent work , professional and friendly attitude was exhibited at all times.

Professional and honest!

Anthony Mata was our technician, and he was awesome, arrived in a timely manner, worked hard for 30 minutes with a difficult home warranty company, before he could even get started, then came up with a great creative solution. When he was finished with the repairs, he cleaned up the mess and debris REALLY well! Definitely will use them again and refer to others!

Jason was amazing he came in to give us a estimet and we agreed on a price and got all the work done right there! it was easy and simple. Jason did an amazing job and all on a Sunday afternoon on my time!! thank you for the amazing Job!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.

We had a new RO system installed due to age of the previous one. Cody, the plumber was very professional and informative regarding the installation of the new system.

The Hays team did a fantastic job with my A/C replacement. I had a 10 year-old unit that died in April and a pregnant wife who couldn’t stand to be without A/C. I called Hays in the morning and they had a rep to my house that same afternoon. The price they quoted was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. My wife and I had AC back up and running within 24 hours.

Also, Joe does a complimentary plumbing check up to ensure your plumbing infrastructure ( ie: hot water heater/water pressure/water softener) is legit and working properly. Will definitely use again.

Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! Moon Valley... plumbing with aplomb!

The tech came earlier than expected (they called to let me know), gave us a reasonable quote, and went in his way (we said we have to think about it). I’ve dealt with them before— little things like the outdoor faucet leaking and big things like the slab leak 7 years ago— and they’re always on time, reasonable and they do good work. The other guys can advertise all they want but I’m sticking with Donley.
