We had the same tub drain unclogged in May 2019 by another plumbing company, and it seemed to work fine, The tub drained well. We were gone out of town from May to November. About mid-November, my wife complained that the tub was draining slowly, eventually taking about 40 minutes to drain completely. Anthony's tech, Kai Johnson, brought in her cable and within a few minutes the clog was cleared. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife says the tub has completely drained almost before she has gotten out, much faster than before. Thank you!!

Walt changed the aerator on my master bathroom sink and did my annual draining of the hot water heater. He is always professional and does a great job. Always cleans up after himself as well. Alex P, of the Plumbing Division, came today to do our annual plumbing inspection and drain the hot water heater. I hate being ignorant about these things, so I asked him to explain the steps and what's going on. I really appreciated how thorough he was in explaining the reasons for, and what happens at each step during the draining process. He'd be a good teacher, and he gave me confidence that he both knew and cared about what he was doing.

Robert answered our call quickly and did a great repair job on a nasty leak. He and his son worked together smoothly and efficiently to get our system working properly in about 3 hours. Plus they are super friendly and did not make a big mess. Thanks for a job well done.

Fantastic service by great people

This was my first time with Sunny Plumber and I am so happy that I can't stop singing the Sunny Plumber Jingle. Gabe explained everything in great detail to me about the installation of the new hot water heater and all about the warranty. Gabe is an asset to Sunny Plumber and his expertise wants me to do business with Sunny Plumber over and over again.

Our water heater started to leak on Monday night. I called Tuesday morning and Dillon the tech came in the afternoon to replace with a brand new water heater. Super nice guy, very professional and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new water heater!! Thanks again!

Tremendously smart and experienced...

Had such a lousy customer service experience with these guys! The tech was scheduled to do two things and just because my gas was not on, the tech didn’t even get up in the attic to look at the cooling coil (Which I had asked them to deep clean) and give me a quote! I had missed the tech’s call yes but they still proceeded to charge me a service fee, and the service manager had such an attitude about how I’m only at fault here! Had to be a jerk about it, lacking empathy on the part of the Jason the service manager when dealing with misunderstandings! Remember this is a referral business and when both are at fault, give the customer the benefit of the doubt! Good luck getting business telling a potential customer they are at fault! Super disappointed!!

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

The company was quick to respond to some minor issues we had with bathroom faucets and the re-installation of a kitchen faucet on a newly built home. Both were done quickly and professionally.
