When I discovered that my water heater had been leaking, I called Reddi Services right away. Ellie took my phone call and dispatched a technician to address the issue. Pepe, our technician, was quick to respond, arriving within an hour of my phone call. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Pepe will be back tomorrow with a new water heater. Great service!

Fantastic job from Louie and Luciano. They came when they said they would, they were clean, and effective. I woke up to a back up in the house that i could not clear. My main line was clogged. I called Rooter Ranger and Louie and Luciano arrived. They explained everything to me while they were working.
