Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

Amazing company. Had 5 other plumber tell me my kitchen sink line was collapsed, then came in and a did a process called “descaling” and restored the pipes to almost original condition (50 year old cast iron piping). Showed me video of the pipes after and showed there was no damage to pipes what-so ever. They were upfront and honest. Did great job and were very nice, not to mention the 10k+ they saved me.
