Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've NEVER worked with a more UNPROFESSIONAL company.Our first consultation was on 10/17/2019. Anthony, came out and viewed the property promising to give a quote in the next few days. 1-2 weeks and no contact later (no calls, emails, quotes) I reached out to followup on things. It turns out that Anthony no longer works for the company and that they had no record of any quote for us in their system...It was back to square one, so we scheduled ANOTHER consultation for 10/31/2019. The guy came out and gave us a quote verbally on the spot. We then called to schedule a time for the work to be done.The work was set to be done 11/2/2019 at 10:30 am. At 10 am on 11/2 I called to confirm everything and was sent straight to voicemail. Called again at 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12 pm no answer.Then on 11/4/2019 I called the office again to see why this work didn't occur. The lady apologized and put me on hold to investigate. A few seconds later I was hung up on. I called again a few times and finally got an answer again. He apologized, put me on hold and then hung up. After that, none of my calls were answered.THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I'D RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Daniel showed up to look at leak underneath kitchen sink. It was an easy fix as hose from faucet was the cause. He noted that the on and off valves underneath the sink were corroded and recommended they be replaced. Next, he took a look at my water heater which is located in outside closet and recommended replacing as it was 30 years old and part of it was corroded. Since it was late in the day, he came back the next day with water heater. First, he completed repair to faucet hose and replaced on and off valves underneath kitchen sink. After he removed old water heater, he noted that the valves and pipes behind water heater were leaking so they also needed to be replaced. Total job was completed just underneath 4 hours. All in all, it turned out to be more expensive than anticipated but due to age, corrosive valves, etc. it was certainly time to replace. I took advantage of financing that was available for half the cost of job, which was helpful.



Daniel concisely explained everything before beginning the job and afterwards showed me where the on/off switch was located on water heater, demonstrated where pilot light was located and how it worked. He was knowledgeable, respectful and extremely patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend him and Option One Plumbing.

I had a burst water pipe from the meter to my house. Simon was there less than 30 minutes after calling in the service visit to inspect the situation and confirm the work and they had a team out early next morning to perform the work. They were performing the repair while I was in the office and, despite having to trench through about 15 feet of caliche using a jackhammer, they were done by the time I was home for dinner. Pleasant crew and very professional. Definitely would use them again.

good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! Eli and his crew were awesome! Very professional, friendly and efficient. They left my place in better condition than when they arrived. These three did an excellent job, keeping me informed of the progress and answering any questions I had once the task had been completed. My neighbors noticed and commented on the great work they did.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

It was a time of serious concern when we recently woke up to find that water has been seeping under our newly installed flooring in our hallway and master bedroom. The first thing that came to mind is a busted water pipe under the slap. After a diligent internet search we decided to call Edwards Plumbing. The company had over 150 five star reviews by very satisfied customers. We were told that someone will come to help us between 2 and 3 pm. Sure enough Roger showed up as promised. We lucked out. Roger was not only a knowledgeable professional but also a very kind and fair in charging us.. In no time he found the cause, a leaking refrigerator's water line which he promptly repaired. He also arranged for a leak detector specialist to come and make sure that there were no other leaks. Further more, he called a company to initiate the drying process and take care of needed restoration. We can't be more than grateful and satisfied. Thank you Edwards Plumbing!

The repaired the sewer line from the house to the street with only making one hole in the front of the yard and after they were done you could not tell they were there.

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!
