Adam Bunn was prompt,on time. He diagnosed our problem and gave us two options. WE bought a new water heater from Home Depot. He picked it up and installed installed it in 3 hours. He cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old tank away. He did a terrific job and Custom Plumbing should be proud of having such a great employee. Good job.

What can I say about my experience with Wyman Plumbing...They published a great offer in our local magazine for replacement of a 50-gal. gas hot water heater, including pan, new water valve and piping. It was better than any deal I found on Angie's List. It was easy to set up an appt. with Tamra and Doug called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked for me. He completed the job in a timely manner and everything looked and worked perfectly. He cleaned up at the end, leaving the area better than when it got there. The entire experience was first class and I plan to use Wyman again at another property I own.

Had a clog and called to see if Simba Plumbing was available to come out. They were out in under an hour. Terrence was friendly and professional and fixed the clog quickly. Thank you.

I’ve been doing business with Parker and Sons for many years. I have a primary residence and 3 rental properties that I also use Parker and Sons for to service my properties. At my primary residence Joel Huerta was doing a routine service on my HVAC and he noticed that some of the accessories that I had paid for to install were not properly installed correctly. He apologized and on behalf of Parker and Sons for Parker and Sos not upholding their standards and guaranteed that he and Parker and Sons will correct the issue at no cost. I was so happy and pleased by his honesty and professionalism and how he represented Parker and Sons. Jay kept me apprised of the status of this project. Casey, our installer was fantastic, a true professional, and a real “people person”. She is a very valuable asset to NexLvl Services.

I saw Simon’s Plumbing listed on next-door digest and called. He told me he could be over in the afternoon, and he followed up with texting as to when he would be here. I had a broken garbage disposal and he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them. Very conscientious and friendly.

Alan is amazing. He arrived on time, replaced a kitchen faucet, and replaced pipes under the bathroom sink. He fixed a leak on a valve under the bathroom cabinet. He was quick and did an excellent job. He also recommended a restoration company for all the damage the leak has caused. He cleaned his areas and took the old pipes and faucet with him. Thank you for making this experience smooth and done right the first time I will recommend Alan to anyone that needs a plumber.

Was unable to understand what a water bladder pressure tank was.

Our water heater wasn’t providing enough water. There was a leak. Matt, one of the A.P.E.S maintenance man, provided excellent service throughout the repair. He had to reroute the pipes. I will recommend!

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
