I’ve had Pink Plumbing out to my home on several occasions and will continue to use and recommend them. They are an easy company to deal with (they are very responsive) and they do great work at a great price. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Scott was so amazing and informative. Thank God I kept calling as other plumbers wanted to rip through my walls. After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I don't have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. Saved thousands of dollars, unreal but will only go with diamondback plumbing for all the rentals from now on. Tha k you so very much for your honesty and thorough knowledge!!!!

I had a water heater replaced in May 2021. The other night I noticed water under the new heater. I called the next morning, and Jordan was at my home within a couple of hours. I had to leave, but when I returned home I called and they said they had to replace the water heater. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, efficient, and I there was no high pressure to do anything if not necessary.

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. Treat him well while you have him, and he will continue to wow all your customers the way he did this one.5 stars every experience, every time. We had a great experience with Deer Valley Plumbing. The plumber who came out, J.C., was professional and direct. Not only did he fix known issues with the kitchen sink, but he also noticed that our garbage disposal was on its way out, so he took care of that right away. I appreciated that, because I like to take care of things before they become problems, and he showed us why the disposal needed replacing. We didn't even have to schedule a second appointment.



I shopped around beforehand, but now that we've had Deer Valley Plumbing come out, they'll be the first one I call for all future needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
