Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!

The plumber was knowledgeable, gave me some tips about the hot water tank, friendly guy. He was on time and also gave me some great info on other plumbing I may decide on in the future. I would definitely use DiamondBack Plumbing again!

Kenny and Mo were great. They re piped my entire house (three bathrooms and kitchen) within the stated time frames and cost. Re-piping is a hassle but they made it work out.

Had a great experience with Jacob, one of their plumbing techs. He was very straightforward at diagnosing the problem, and even though we ended up having a larger issue than we initially thought he went above and beyond to accommodate and complete our project for us. Will definitely be adding them to our trusted list for next time the need arises for a quality plumber!

Christian was my tech last year and since he was familiar with my equipment I asked for him again. He brought a new tech, Egzon. They both did a great job. They let me know step by step what they were doing and why. I’ve always received excellent service from Benjamin Franklin and plan to continue. Replaced the garbage disposal with Pruitts through first American the worst warranty company 3 months ago. After the barely connected pipe wiggled loose this morning i just paid another $100 to have a $1 pvc pipe replaced that should have been replaced when the new disposal was installed. The technician said sorry! Nothing i can do! Have a great day! This is absolute fraud.
