Christian was our technician and he was amazing. Prompt, professional, and took the time to educate me on the components and the problems. Christian went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer of our failed 6 yr old hot water heater and getting them to honor the warranty based on our home build date instead of the unit manufacture date. He got the warranty honored and installed a new hot water heater during the same visit!He was also very reassuring about future maintenance and needs. A+ in my book!

Great experience for the 2nd time with Apache Plumbing! My tech Ben was great at clearing the blocked line and making sure all the lines were flowing. I have a home warranty, but have had bad experience with who they send out, so I call Apache now! They were recommended by an "old school" retired plumber and I'd highly recommend!

We discovered a water leak in our front yard and called our regular plumber. After realizing that they were not open the week after Christmas, I went on Nextdoor to look for a recommendation and saw Simon Plumbing was highly regarded. Simon arrived within an hour after placing the call and had our issue diagnosed very quickly. He determined it was likely a city of Phoenix issue as the leak was in the meter area. Although the city would be coming out to repair the issue, Simon declined payment for the call and even offered to come back the same evening in the dark and rain to do a temporary repair at no cost just to hold us over until the city does the repair. A true professional, he went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved. I can assure you, Simon IS now our plumber!

I wish I called this company first instead of wasting $$$ on another company which could not do the job. Justin did a wonderful job.

Long story short don’t waste your time. A “tech” came out to clear some drains. That was fine. The other bathroom shower was not getting hot water, on inspection the tech found that the handle was reversed. In his attempt to reverse the handle he thought the cartridge had been reversed by a previous plumbing co. He tried to correct the problem but the situation got worse. He was not able to fix the cartridge and shut off the water supply to the shower. He then called the home warranty co and suggested the previous co. return and fix the problem. It seems this should be my decision not his..or anyone else. Only problem is the shower faucet is now leaking and although he said he shut off the water to the shower it’s been a study drip of a gallon every hour. They did not respond to an after hours call. When I called Pruitt plumbing the next business day I was informed by a supervisor that the previous company should return and fix the problem. Maybe this is due to it being under home warranty, regardless I asked them to send someone to turn off the water to stop the leak..after more excuses I decided I had wasted enough time and energy. I’ll call someone else who can fix the problem, apparently they won’t take care of a problem that happened during their visit.

I have reached out to Peerless Plumbing several times in the past due to my profession. I have always been impressed with this company. First and foremost, they provide a solution to old plumbing that is beginning to fail. They offer an alternative of epoxy coating coating versus digging up your drains and replacing them. Trust me, this is a big deal if you are ever in this situation.



They have always been professional and timely when I have called. Their pricing is more than fair. Just recently, I called them out to perform a scope of my plumbing lines. They were unable to perform the scope due a blockage and other factors outside of their control. I could not believe there was not a charge. I understand some people could be shocked by this statement. You would think that if they did not perform the scope then they should not charge but I'm here to tell you that is not the case. I have seen other companies not be able to perform the scope and still charge the client because they had to come to the property and that cost money.



This is a stand up company that will advise you in a way that is best for your interest. I personally have found companies like this to be harder and harder to find. Fantastic company and at least give them a chance to earn your business. I know you will not be disappointed.

They've repaired leaks, replaced under-sink supply lines, installed new heavy-duty clothes washer hoses, replaced anode rods in the water heater, installed a new garbage disposal, replaced the water control valve in a shower, changed several outside hose bibs, and installed a toilet.

They are meticulous and take great pride in their work; the quality is exceptional.

These folks are our heroes! They came out right away on a Sunday to fix our backed up kitchen sink. Their rates were super reasonable and the technicians were really professional, nice and helpful. This is a two year old company and we like them!!

the man came to my home and was instantly rude asking was i gonna be hostile toward him i asked him why would he walk up to someones home asking that question!! he went on to say oh i just dont feel comfortable doing this im leaving ! didnt even attemp to see the issue was instantly on defense for no reason other than he felt intimidated by a black woman! they shouldnt send racist people out to do jobs. this us one way to lose business! i will file a complaint with the BBB AG office and OCR

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.
