I recently had an appliance issue ( dryer stopped working) Called A.P.E.S. and they had a technician come out named Brett. Not only was he on time , he was thorough in his analysis of what going on with my dryer. He explained my options and did what I thought was in my best interests. I would recommend services from APES

The technician, Brandon, was terrific. He was prompt, thorough, and courteous. He also took the time to explain what he was seeing and why it was important. A really great experience all around with Hays!

Nathan was our technician and he was courteous of our safety concerns regarding COVID and respectful of walking through our home making sure to put on the shoe protectors. He was thorough in explaining what maintenance he was doing, making sure we knew of the performance of our ac units before and after the work was done and also explained the preventative measures we could take to help give our units a longer life span. Nathan was awesome!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

My experience with this company can always gets better, especially after the pleasure of working with Ronald. He not only took care of me, but gave me the facts as I needed them. He helped me to make the decision that was most appropriate to my needs. Not only was he my advocate, educated me through the whole process. This is my third time with a big project with this company and Ronald made this the best experience so far.

I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

Job: Replace corroded 25-year old pressure regulating valve (PRV) on the main water supply entering our house. I got 2 estimates from local, reputable suppliers. Both were very quick to respond to my request. I selected ProSkill because their estimate was about $400 lower than the second supplier, and because their strategy for completing the work was more comprehensive.As completed, the job included replacing the PRV, the vacuum breaker for irrigation, main hose bib, adding a vacation shutoff for the inside plumbing and removing an unneeded soft water hose bib. The estimate & final bill ran $1,173, which I considered reasonable. Steven and his helper completed the work in about 2 hours. The end result is much simpler, elegant and allows for easy replacement of the PRV in the future if needed.Two minor nits, because I'm picky:Although our appointment for the work was scheduled for a 10a-12p time window, Steven arrived at 8:30 and thought the appointment was scheduled for 8-10a. Luckily, I was ready.Second, some bits of solder and debris got into the line feeding the irrigation valves. The day after work was completed, I found the irrigation running mid-morning when it shouldn't have been. Had to call landscapers to solve problem. Debris had fouled the irrigation valves causing them to not close properly. Landscapers flushed out the valves, no repairs were needed, but the issue required a service call and some wasted water.Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work done and the cost, will call ProSkill again for an estimate on my next project.

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
