Best Plumbing Issue in Phoenix AZ

My 15 year old water heater went out in the morning before work, called a few places to see what was available since I don't have a plumber I know and trust yet. Initially Robins Plumbing only had a slot available next day (which was expected) but when I called back they had a same day appointment available. Eddy came out for the service call and was great! Eddy is very professional and knowledgeable and clearly excels in his profession. I went from having no hot water at 8am, calling and scheduling at around 11am, to having Eddy arrive at 2pm, and hot water for a shower at 4pm. Highly impressed by the quality and service from Robins Plumbing. I now know who to call for any future plumbing issues!

Best plumbing service I have used! Had them come out multiple times and always feel great about the quality and price. If you have any needs, Lou and Adam are the guys to call.

Through USAA, I had a Resideo Buoy Water Monitor installed on my outdoor water line. USAA and Resideo decided the systems weren't doing the job for which intended and decided to remove them. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing AZ was the local plumbing company chosen for this removal. The unit was removed in less than 45 minutes, with minimal disruption of my family's lives, except for no water during the time required to remove the unit and restore the water pipes. Very professional job.

Professional and personable installation technician. Knows his trade very well (Jason). At call in and for scheduling I asked a couple of questions to help me turn off the leaking tank. The scheduler, Jonathan, told me to "You tube it" for answers. What a disappointing response!

Troy was right on time and completed the work in a timely manner. This job was a follow up from a previous visit 6 months earlier, and I appreciate that Troy was sent as he was familiar with what needed to be done.

Brandon Craig was our technician and needless to say, we found our new plumbing company! Brandon was kind, courteous, and made the water conditioning install process seamless. Did I forget to mention affordable too!

Simon was freaking awesome. Called him on a Saturday with a few questions about a leaky outdoor spigot. He had a ton of great information and an hour later was at my house. He replaced the spigot, cleaned out some valves and then answered a few other questions I had about my outdoor irrigation and plumbing.

Tzvi was great. He even came at night to find and fix a leak! We caught it early thanks to the quick response!

My technician showed up promptly at the time quoted over the phone, no waiting around for 2-4 hours. He was clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and the price was a 1/3 of what I was quoted from the billboard and tv advertisement plumbing companies. Highly recommend and will use for all future plumbing needs.

My home’s two bathtubs had water that would no longer drain. I checked yelp and google for recommendations and Rooter Ranger was at the top. The cost was posted upfront on their website of $67.00 to clear drains. I thought this was great because there are other companies that would provide the cost upon arrival.



The customer service over the phone and in person are courteous and professional! They are excellent in communications:

1. They sent a text message confirming the scheduled date, time, and name of plumber.

2. I received a text this morning letting me know Ronnie Franco was en route, which was 30 minutes prior to arrival.

3. I received a phone call from Ronnie letting me know he’s on his way with ETA. We discussed further the reason for the service.



Ronnie arrived on time in professional attire that identified he’s with Rooter Ranger and his name on his shirt. In addition, physical distancing with mask and booties on his shoes upon entry into my home. Ronnie is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and kept me informed of his work from start to finish. He brought in a large “Rooter Ranger” carpet to protect my bathroom floors and place the equipment required to clear the drains. After the work was done, he cleaned up the areas where he worked and we inspected the areas to make sure both bathtubs were draining water again, which they were!
