Ethan was AMAZING! Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through and thoroughly explained everything. Paradise Valley Plumbing came out to re-hook up our new cast iron sink, faucet, new garbage disposal and dishwasher. He installed two angle stops and looped our dishwasher hose. Also they installed a new ptrap and drain fittings. He was prompt and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and efficient plumber. We will be calling them out again when we remodel both of our bathrooms. Thank you very much for the great service.

My dishwasher had to be disconnected temporarily to accommodate a new beverage cooler. However, reconnecting it to the water line was a task I couldn't handle on my own. Anthony came to our apartment because we didn't have any cold water for a wk+. Our apartment complex wasn't able to fix the issue so they contacted DW Plumbing. Anthony was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem to my boyfriend and had the issue fixed in no time. Because of the customer service that we received from Anthony, we will be contacting DW Plumbing for all of our needs related to heating and cooling here on out. It was so refreshing to know that customer service is still around in at least one company. Thank you Anthony for taking care of us and our water requirements.

Angel and Jeremy were out to clean our vents and did an amazing job! They took such great care prepping the entire house, then with cleaning the vents (all 17 of them), and then with clean up! I truly appreciate their hard work and our clean vents! Thank you!!

Had a major drain blockage at 5pm on a Sunday, water pouring out of everywhere!! Called Penguin, scheduler answered on the first ring, took my info and assured me they’d have someone out ASAP. Within 15 minutes I had a text and email with name, contact info, and a picture of the technician who would be at my door within 30 minutes. The technician, Landon, called minutes later with his ETA and he was right on time, looked just like his photo (seriously, if I were at home alone this would be a major big deal since we get nervous letting people in our homes!). He cleared the drains, did a thorough check, and wasn’t 100% sure it was fixed after hearing a slight gurgle in the bath tub. He went back and did it all again, repeat testing thoroughly, and was confident the second time was the charm - and it was. Not one issue since and that was two weeks ago.Landon was extremely friendly and professional and was genuinely happy to help despite us taking him away from whatever he was doing on a Sunday night. Most impressive, he stayed until he felt confident the job was done - instead of running out as soon as he could and letting someone else dealwith it later. The customer service was amazing: From answering the phone on the first ring, to sending a knowledgeable and friendly technician, then charging the same fee as a regular work day... I have never experienced anything like it. I will 100% call Penguin Air again any time I have a household emergency!!!!
