Simon is amazing and I cannot recommend him enough! He is trustworthy and an all around great guy! We found out about Simon a year or 2 ago when our water heater started leaking and we needed someone to come out quick before it completely busted. We called other well known places and they couldn't get someone out same day. I posted in our next door app asking for recommendations and someone recommended him and I'm so happy they did. Simon is quick to respond and provides excellent service at the best price. We have an older home and call him anytime we have issues that fall under his umbrella. He has helped us with our water heater, garbage disposal, toilet, shower, water pressure, and probably some other items I can't remember. To add, we accidentally overpaid him the first time we used him, and he told us right away and brought our check back so we could correct it-have to love those good morals. He always comes out the same day we need him and gets the work done quick. I tell everyone about him because we are just beyond happy with his results and character.

Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.

Service I recieved today was above and beyond, best experience I have had with a plumber and he cleaned up the job very well.

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

MADE AN ASSESSMENT OF EXCESS WATER USAGE AND RECOMMENDED RECIRCULATING PUMP TO DELIVER HOT WATER TO OPPOSITE SIDE OF HOUSE GREATLY REDUCING WATER CONSUMED. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS.
