Spent $1400 for Robin's to install a high quality hot water heater, less than two years later the unit had a anode rod stripped by one of its techs during a replacement (after a few runs to O'reilly's for needed tools ?) and Robin's claims manufacturer defect. Robins won't stand behind the products they sell, but they will be happy to reinstall a replacement for about 70% of the cost of the initial. Robins suggests I pursue the manufacturer to cover reinstallation costs on the unit Robins sells/installs/maintains/breaks. Good idea - that'll work. Do yourself a favor and avoid lest they Rob you too.Review Edit: Lengthy reply by owner doesn't change the fact that $1900 dollars later I've got a defective hot water heater installed by Robins. I never asked for any work to be done for free ?; an additional ~$1000 is absurd though on a side note though. Robins, you don't get brownie points for being PAID to replace an anode rod and being unable to do so.

Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. The two workers, Pat and Caleb were great! They were both very professional, helpful and completed good quality work. I would ask for them specifically if I ever need assistance again. I had a partially cut electric wire to an outlet and they suggested a junction box to help accommodate the install. I have complete confidence in their workmanship, as we all know how dangerous electrical issues can be.

We had a plumbing problem so we called Hero and the gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and quickly found out that we had a serious problem. What I would call a nightmare . But due to all the information that Abdiel showed us and explained the problem we made an informed decision on what to do next . We felt very comfortable with our decision . My husband has retired from the construction industry after 50years and spoke to some of his plumbing friends and they confirmed everything we were told . So the next day Abdiel and a installer gentleman who was absolutely wonderful his name is Cristobal . This man was amazing . He is one of the kindest hardworking honest men the I have ever had the pleasure to meet . This plumbing company is the absolute best . What could have been a nightmare wasn't really that bad . I will be a lifelong costumer and have already recommended this company to everyone I know . Plus they clean up afterwards . They gave us a price and at the end there were no extras ( the problem changes are what I call them . ) it was exactly what they said it would be .

Jim came out immediately and fixed my plumbing issue within the hour at a reasonable price. He had all the materials and supplies with him to take care of the problem in one trip.

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.
