We had a plumbing problem so we called Hero and the gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and quickly found out that we had a serious problem. What I would call a nightmare . But due to all the information that Abdiel showed us and explained the problem we made an informed decision on what to do next . We felt very comfortable with our decision . My husband has retired from the construction industry after 50years and spoke to some of his plumbing friends and they confirmed everything we were told . So the next day Abdiel and a installer gentleman who was absolutely wonderful his name is Cristobal . This man was amazing . He is one of the kindest hardworking honest men the I have ever had the pleasure to meet . This plumbing company is the absolute best . What could have been a nightmare wasn't really that bad . I will be a lifelong costumer and have already recommended this company to everyone I know . Plus they clean up afterwards . They gave us a price and at the end there were no extras ( the problem changes are what I call them . ) it was exactly what they said it would be .

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. I had had occasion to use Belsito Plumbing for several small jobs in the past and had been thoroughly satisfied with both their pricing and their workmanship on these occasions so, when it came time to switch over an older Phoenix residential property from a septic tank to the city sewer system, I naturally invited them, along with several other well-regarded local plumbing companies, to bid on this bigger, more complex job. I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.

All the people at Rooter Ranger were excellent! Everyone I dealt with was super polite and very knowledgeable. None of our drains were working so I called Rooter Ranger after hearing their ads on the radio. Raul was quick on the job and very thorough. Jared came to verify my issue and walked me through the whole process step by step as he worked. Once he determined what the problem was he sent Cooper and Quinn over to get the job done. These guys are super hard workers and amazed me with what the were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. Once the work was complete, Jared came by to do a final inspection with me and explained all the work that had been done. Now I always know who to call when disaster strikes. Highly recommended!

Bill did a very good job of repairing our leaky toilet shut off valve and replacing all of the internals with brand new parts. He even installed a bidet free of charge. All of this was done in a very timely manner. Bumblebee Plumbing was very professional from start to finish, I'd strongly recommend them if you have any issues related to plumbing.
