I called over a month ago for a leak I was having and they told me they can come out next week to give me a quote. I was fine with that assuming they were busy. They forgot about my appointment and once I called about it they sent someone over the next day. The plummer who was supposed come to give me a quote about 3 weeks ago hr gave me attitude the whole time stating that all the things I needed was at home depot and that he was going to need to make a hole in the wall. If I knew what I was doing I would have gone to home depot. 7 days later I still havent received any quote, I called asking for it and their respose was I needed to wait two more weeks for the quote. Its been over 3 weeks now I have yet to hear from them. I would highly recommend you use someone else who respects your time and doesnt treat you with zero respect.

We cannot say enough good things about Alex. Very rarely these days do you find gems like Alex Crocker. He’s honest, knowledgeable, has integrity, and is a highly skilled professional. We were having issues with a home inspection report and Alex came out and was able to quickly resolve the disputes by dropping a camera down the sewer line and provided us with a thorough inspection. Turned out we had a damaged sewer line, under our patio area, caused by tree roots. We schedule the pipe replacement to be done the following week. Alex and his co-worker showed up on time, completed the work as planned, and on schedule, and also provided us with an excellent referral for the concrete repair.

I live in Deer Valley and always try to choose a business nearby. Their reviews were great so chose them. Not an emergency, so I left a request on their website. They open at 7 a.m., was going to call them but they called me at 6 am because they knew my water was shut off due to a leak. Had worker Colin here first. Sent me text with his picture when he was on his way, which is a great safety feature. Fixed the problem in a timely, professional, clean manner. Up front price quote and no hidden fees. Walt changed the aerator on my master bathroom sink and did my annual draining of the hot water heater. He is always professional and does a great job. Always cleans up after himself as well. We bought a new washer and the drain cycle was more output than our line could handle. Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.
