Really disappointed how Diamondback handled our last service call. We have used them a handful of times for our businesses. This last service call they didn’t completely finish the job or clean up. They didn’t skip a beat calling use everyday for payment tho. I had no problem paying the billing if and when the job was completed. They asked for me the pay and they would have a technician come and finish the job entirely. That never happened. Even after a follow up call. Disappointing and poor customer service. Needless to say I’d suggest taking your business to a company that completes the job hired for.

Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very punctual, professional, and nice! Our technician was also very honest about the problem and how to handle it in the future. Would definitely use them again.

Adolfo was absolutely amazing!!! He was kind courteous knowledgeable and completely understood the frustration I had over an issue 4 other companies had failed to correct. He explained the company policy on work performed, diagnosed my issues, quoted me the price for repair and didn’t charge anything extra. I couldn’t recommend him or Parker and Sons more. I will use them for all my future plumbing and hvac needs!!!

I highly recommend the Aussie Plumber! Cameron came to my home for a kitchen drain cleaning. Previously he installed a toilet for me. Both times I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and friendly. He has integrity and cares that the job is done right. Customer service is top priority for him and all staff with Aussie Plumber!

Overrall I think the work done was above average. Where I have a problem was with the cost. To replace my kitchen faucel and flush the water heater it cost over $1,100. Maybe I am living in the past, but that just seems outrageous.

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. He even tackled a rusted soap dispenser that refused to budge. We are so grateful for his immediate response and professionalism. (And persistence!) We had a water heater emergency today. Our technician Daryl Robinson called to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable. We had water damage to the drywall and he was able to get us in contact with a water restoration company right away. He stayed and waited for them to finish removing the damaged drywall and then installed the new water heater. We would recomnend this company to our family and friends. Thanks Daryl!

This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didn't fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didn't try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

The wrong size toilet was installed initially. After contacting the company, they came out the next day. We talked about the problem and a replacement toilet was ordered and installed the following day. It's nice to have a company that is willing to respond, listen and correct the issue in such a timely manner.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Marc and Zippity Split crew, the job they provided was to relined our cast iron sewer pipes , although they faced several challenges during the process they were very professional and courteous. I would call them again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again Marc for explaining in detail how to solve our plumbing issues.
