Jesse Green from Custom Plumbing of AZ came out to clean a clogged drain for us. Our little one had flushed some type of toy down the upstairs toilet. I had already retrieved a 2" ball with an auger that I bought from Home Depot. But, there was obviously more down there. Jesse used a camera and a long snake to drag out whatever it was causing backup in our pipes. It was relatively quick and painless. It cost $69 total. The fee was going to be $299 because it was a foreign object, but Jesse made sure it was only the initial quote of $69. We're grateful it didn't cost more!

I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this won't happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didn't have to relocate. I will be keeping them in my contacts and call them if I ever need their help again. I highly recommend Springs Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness. Christian was very humble and honest. He unclogged our toilet then took a video of all the lines. He said it is not an emergency but he would recommend relining the pipes. He did not push us or try to upsell us.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

The tech who came cleared the drain and made sure it was working, including a second effort to go further in the pipe. They also suggested additional work that might be needed based on the age of the house. I was left very pleased, and would happy to use Zippity Split again!

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!
