They repaired our basement sump pump system in a timely manner, and in a way that we believe it should have originally been done by the Builder 17 years ago. We now have much more confidence and peace of mind that the sump pump is truly operating correctly and efficiently. All of their time, efforts, skills and help are very much appreciated. I'm a property manager and I use APES all the time for both my business and personal needs. Whether it's plumbing, air conditioning, or appliance repair, I have always been happy with their work. Their spirit of service and willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy is outstanding. A good example of this happened today. The washing machine at my house finally died after 14 years and Destry came out to take a look at it. He explained what he found and said it wasn't worth fixing. He took the time to write out a list of appliance brands from best to worst based on the what he's seen in the field. Thanks APES! I appreciate you making my life easier.

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. They were able to get a service technician out within less than 24 hours in the middle of the summer. Prior to arriving, the technician called to let me know they were in route. I received a text and email both with a picture of the technician so I know exactly who to expect.Zeb came out and took a look at the AC. He was able to find the problem and offer a solution, with a clear explanation of the problem and the costs for repair/replacement of parts. Within a couple of hours of arriving, everything was taken care of and the cool air was flowing again. Would 100% recommend this company to others.

This young man Kevin called before he arrived to make sure we were prepared, ie, clutter, stuff. Anyway, probably the most courteous service person that I've met. Knowledgeable, prompt, Kevin had a smile the entire time he was here. Hard to believe 4 pm on a Saturday. I am very impressed by Kevin's old school work ethics. Didn't install the heater air conditioner properly when our house was built

I contracted with them for work, and they had to work a lot of overtime, but they didn't charge me for it. He was one of the most remarkable plumbers, discovering difficulties that I had no idea existed. I cannot suggest these highly enough.

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

Quoted me an extremely high price. After a long negotiation, they quoted a price that was about 1/3 the original quote, which shows the high mark up they tried to charge. They also made me think that the fix was going to happen the same day, but in turn, they didn't fix it before the plumber left. I called them the next morning to see when it was going to be fixed and they weren't available to fix it until 3pm that day. By the way the issue was a plumbing leak under my kitchen sink which i didn't want leaking for over 30 hrs. I cancelled the entire order and went with a different company. Overall experience with Ace Home Services was very poor.

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
