Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

The technician was right on time and had booties on to protect our carpets. He went up into the attic and did a very thorough inspection of all elements of our heating system. After finishing his inspection he clearly explained the results. He told us that everything was working like it should and he didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need.
