Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. It was time for the semiannual inspection of ac. Thanks to Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration for working with me on scheduling an appointment that was convenient to me. The technicians came out, per scheduled time, and did a great job going through all of the systems to make sure all was working properly. They reminded me what I would need on my next cleaning. Would recommend them to everyone.

So unfortunately when my family and I returned from vacation, our A/C unit died…it was a long time coming. I contacted Ryan Cronstrom and he was able to come out right away and replace our unit. Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
