I was impressed with the fact he knew exactly where to go. I know he is a professional, however, you do not get that service everywhere.I am sold on Parker& Sons. Called simon to help fix a blocked washing machine drain line. He came the same day and let us know when he would arrive. He was quick and courteous and fixed the drain line. Will definitely keep his number close by for future plumbing needs.

I called springs plumbing and Alan returned my call promptly and scheduled a time for service very quickly. He installed two grab bars in my guest shower for my elderly mother in law coming to stay with us. He was on time, wore shoe protectors to walk through the house and was very reasonably priced. He was sure to secure the bars to studs in the wall, centered perfectly and installed through tile no cracks or mess. I would use him again. Definitely would recommend this company.

This is an extremely dishonest company..A tech came out to evaluate my hot water heater and said it needed to be replaced..They could not replace it with another hot water heater of the same type and the modifications would be a little over $300 and that would be the highest price..I agreed and gave them my cc info..my warranty company said they agreed to the repair and the modifications would be $425 per Pruitt's plumbing..

I called Pruitt's and was told that was the price and when I explained this, they contacted the tech who denied giving me any prices...what!?!?

In addition, I never received a call back from management to discuss this issue...I wonder why?

Stay away from this disgust place...Seek an honest business that knows that fair treatment will gain you future business from not only the client but, referrals..

I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this, that you should hire this company for your NuFlow NuDrain installation. Remember PEERLESS PLUMBING. Lindsey, walked us through the whole process and explained the whole project to us. My mother is in her 80's. She worked in a factory for over 30 years. Her hard earned money has to stretch for expenses like this. Lindsey of Peerless Plumbing was so detailed and honest with cost of this project. You are given options to work within your budget. We must have had about 3 plumbing companies tell us they are going to need to break up many feet of concrete inside and outside of the house which would cost my mother thousands before and after trenching her house.

Christian was very professional and polite and explained the inspection, and we had the detailed proposal/report for the project the next day.

Mike, Wyatt and Chuck were the awesome team that came to prep for the NuDrain installation, then completed the whole project in 2 days with only having to disrupt maybe 24 by 24 give or take space of concrete. They descaled the cast iron using Picote milling equipment. They Hydrojeted the clay trunk line running through the backyard to remove roots.(this is just temporary, we will revisit this project in 6 mo. to a year which Lindsey will walk us through again).

Another issue came up where my mom's water heater started leaking. This water heater had to be replaced. Again, I'm so happy I called Lindsey. She took care of having a new one delivered, installed and haul away of the old water heater. She even went so far as to registering the water heater for us.

I'm telling you, from Christian, Mike, Wyatt, Chuck, and Lindsey. This is more than a 5 star team and more than a 5 star company. Remember Peerless Plumbing. Thank You on behalf of my mother.

We have noticed a hot spot on the floor and we are worried about the slab leaking and give Smiley pluming a call and he showed up the same day and after he carefully inspected it and I was told their were no leaks, just caused by the recirculation pump running 24/7 and he explained how to set the timer for it so it runs only when we need it.

He is does the job professionally and he is also friendly and I highly recommend him.

I have used them in the past when a pipe burst and my house flooded and they were fine, however, I will never use again. This past visit I spent over $100 for the (not friendly) guy to come out, he fixed nothing and did not address all issues presented.

John showed up on time with Apprentice Christian to take care of an issue I was having with a panel breaker. They were professional, friendly, and didn't try to give the run around with what the problem was. They were upfront about pricing and didn't add any sort of fees for my work. This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.
