I just used Parker & Sons for a job a couple weeks ago. Something felt off about the whole experience, so after Parker and Sons left my home I got a 2nd opinion from another licensed bounded company in the valley.They told me that parker and sons didn't ground the switches, they used aluminum to ground the bathroom outlet, they used temporary connectors instead of a permanent ones for aluminum wiring ( according to the consumer product safety commission) and on top of that they charged a little over 3k when other companies charged roughly $1,500.I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and the whole process felt like buying a car from a car salesman. Joe has been amazing each time he has been to our home. The first time we called him was to help us with a clogged toilet and after completing that task he actually took the time to perform a complete and thorough review of all of our plumbing. Much to our surprise he found a potential problem with our garbage disposal so we had him out once again to replace that. Absolute joke of a company. Been repairing my complex for over a year now. Close the doors Alliance, you guys have zero knowledge when it comes to chiller systems, AC's, plumbing you name it.

I've experimented with several companies over the years and I've been most satisfied with DW. Pricing is never cheap--but it is not supposed to be. It is however very fair! They treat me very well and as a result, I always defer to them--and will continue to do so....New Post: Today 2-21-19 had a Boiler Problem and Casey and Kris showed up within an hour and got me up and running---I'm looking forward to having DW help redesign my Boiler room with some new equipment.

Matt did a good job...as far as I know. Friendly, courteous, worked in timely manner. Appreciate he noticed rattle in one of the vents and easily corrected it. Also put up my next filter as I've been unable due to a back injury injury.
Dispatch could do better letting customer know ETA. It was 80 min from notification call to arrival as tech started out on the other side of the valley during rush hour. Same problem with other service companies though.

We recently moved into a new home and wanted to ensure all our air conditioning equipment was in good shape. The technician that showed up, Brandon, was thorough and great at his work. He shared areas of opportunity providing pictures and or physically showing us the issues. We chose to have many of the problems remediate and he did a great job managing those.
