I don't typically leave reviews, but AJ from Wahlborg Electric was Great!!! He was upfront on our initial phone call about his fee (which was very reasonable & less than most), he showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional & was Honest. If I could give him 10 stars I would, Great electrician , Great Price & a genuinely nice person, what more can you ask for?

I am student at RSI (The Refrigeration School) and was looking for a reputable company to put my new skills to the test and work around my school schedule. There was a company named Penguin Air and Plumbing coming in class to speak to us all and I found myself asking a lot of questions and Jay, the General Manager answered every question proudly and certainly with his head held High, you could tell he was very happy there. The next day I went to Penguin Air and applied for a Service Technician position. I am currently a new employee at Penguin Air and plumbing, and I would like to appreciate all of Penguins staff for making me feel right at home. I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.
