Alan arrived on time when he said he would. He used his camera to diagnose our problem. In fact he has two cameras. He took the time needed and never complained about the heat. Then he got out the rooter and cleaned the drain line. He was polite and very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I’m calling him back shortly.

I had a mysterious water leak in my garage, Chris with Plumbers of Maricopa responded quickly, was professional and thorough in his evaluation. Called early Saturday morning when pipe broke. Jim told me he would be at my house within the hour and showed up 30 minutes after I called. Very polite and professional and made sure job was done right before filling back in the hole and leaving. Would definitely recommend!! Also does in home plumbing.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone regarding my annual plumbing inspection from Patrick Riley Cooling Heating and Plumbing. The day before service date I received a call confirming the appointment and the time. I was told that I would receive a call when the service technician was on the way to my home. Gene, the service technician assigned to my appointment called and alerted me that he would be arriving at 8:00 AM which was the time I had requested. He was very professional yet very friendly and started my day off on a great note.
He arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was Covid prepared wearing a mask which I appreciated. He and his partner (I didn’t get his name but a really great guy as well) completed the inspection and proceeded to explain what they recommended to make sure everything was 100%. I went ahead with the suggestion. They completed the work in a very timely manner.
I’m was such a pleasure meeting them. Gene was just wonderful and a great asset to the company. The other gentleman was newer to the team but really seemed to be doing a great job as well.
I would highly recommend this company and the technician (s) I had. It was a pleasure. I hope they are appreciated by their employer as great people are hard to find.

Our technician Richard and Angelo were awesome and very professional. Both were friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Both explained the issue with our a/c unit. I recieved a call prior to there arrival and a text message with a photo of my technician which was a nice safety feature .I highly recommend Penguin Air....
