Michaela and Brenda went out of their way to be able to schedule the visit same day, within only a few hours. They have a very friendly attitude. Ernesto was very professional and efficient on taking care of the initial need of unclogging the tub, and both Ernesto and Jose M did a great job and giving us a diagnosis and an estimate. My husband and I highly recommend this company!

I needed a cutoff valve under my sink to be replaced so I called the Home Warranty company. They sent out a plumber and he went to shutoff the water outside and it didn't work and is not covered by the home warranty, so he quoted me almost $500 to replace my outside cutoff valve. I called Reddi Services to get a second opinion and they sent Brent S. out to take a look and give me a quote. His quote was over $150 less than the other guy. Brent was really friendly, explained why it didn't work and was able to quickly replace it. The only reason I'm not having him replace the valve under the sink is that I've already paid the Home Warranty fee. Reddi Services is becoming my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Phoenix Arizona Septic Services
They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky? To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!
