Best Heat Treat in Phoenix AZ

They were very professional, came out on President's Day! I thought it was the hot water heater but turned out to be hot water pipe! They have reasonable rates, found the problem and got work done quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

James was the plumber that we had and he was AMAZING. Could not have asked for a better experience. He did an amazing job repairing what another plumber tried to fix and also came back a separate time to install the new faucet in the kitchen, fix the valves in our two master bathroom sinks and put in what seemed to be a complicated shower panel so quick and easily! We will be using James for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

We had them replace outside ground a/c compressor unit, gas heater, air handler, coil, interior thermostat, a/c disconnect, and electrical whip.Having done this exact type of work myself, this team of 2 impressed me by using drop cloths over the tile, applied painters tape over the painted surfaces at the attic opening, took extra care of our interior areas by not bumping into anything with the dolly, old unit, new unit, and overall our experience with Parker & Sons has been exceptional! Exceeded our expectations!

All the guys doing the work did a good job, But now that the work is paid for I am getting ignored by Jasen the supervisor who told me 3000$ was covered by insurance.But now he won't give an invoice & is repeatedly ignoring my request..

Absolutely outstanding response time and customer service. I have never dealt with a more efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service in my life of more than a half century! Our hot water heater began to leak and flooded the garage and seeped into the common wall between the garage and my den. Jeremy from Pruitt Plumbing responded within an hour of the call, Quickly assessed the situation, removed the damaged appliance and looped our water so we would at least have cold water. He called a home restoration company who was also here within an hour and within another hour they had removed the damaged wall, pulled the baseboard inside and rebuilt the pedestal for the heater. They also put 2 fans and a humidifier in each room to dry them out. The very next morning Jeremy was here to install a brand new hot water heater. Thanks Pruitt! John Eastin, Phoenix, AZ

I wanted to replace our guest house AC unit since the current one was over 10 years old and near its end of life. I was told it was leaking Freon and was just a matter of time before it would stop working. I had 4 different high rated HVAC contractors come out and provide quotes. Parker & Sons, George Brazil, Day & Night and Penguin Air. I contacted George Brazil on a Sunday via there web site. Their site was easy to navigate and submitting my request was simple and fast. The next day I received a call from their office confirming the appointment day and time I had requested. Dan Howell, Comfort Advisor for George Brazil called me when he was on his way. Dan arrived on time and quickly assessed my needs. Dan was professional, courteous and was absolutely a subject matter expert. Dan listened to my concerns and offered solutions. Dan finished his inspection quickly and followed up saying he would send me an email quote that day. I received the quote as promised and although his prices were competitive he was still on the higher end. I really liked dealing with Dan and wanted to have them install the new AC unit. I contacted Dan and let him know he was on the high side and he immediately agreed to price match the other contractors. Done Deal! I scheduled the install with Dan and agreed on a date and time. The installers arrived on time and finished the complete install about mid-day. When I got home that night I inspected the work and found it to be exceptional. The installers had to remove the framing around the attic access and they re-installed it, caulked and touched up. The attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism, Dan was awesome from start to finish and provided a great price for the install. I look forward to having Dan and team replace the main house units next year.
