We will absolutely be using them again in the future if ever needed.We had a an underground water main leak from the service pipe leading to our property. It was flooding the grass outside and hiking my water bill quite quickly. Our hoa, insurance, and the utility company had all declared they weren’t able to help pay the cost for repairs. As new homeowners we had no idea what to expect. Parker & Sons were so professional and efficient they were able to get us scheduled quick and conveniently. Isiaac , was so efficient and professional we had no worries about the cost or his ability to resolve the issue. He even assured us the repair could be made that day. Poor guy had to dig through so much mud we felt bad. In the end we’re so happy he was able to resolve the issue within our budget and efficiently with no hiccups during the process.

Our home has had a mysterious leak for months which was raising our water bill to astronomical prices. We had two other Plummers and leak detectors out here which charged us a ton of money and ultimately didnt solve our problem. I found Option One online after desperate research. Andrew was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to detect the source of our high water bill and immediately fix it. Option One does charge an additional fee per hour however Andrew made every effort to solve our problem within the first hour so as to not incur us any additional fees and he succeeded. Jared was referred to me by a friend and was willing to drive out to yucaipa to fix my sink. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen sink very fast. It’s been about 6 months and still no issues. I thought that was cool that Jared also told me a few things that will help prevent those problems in the future. He also knew right away what was wrong with our clogged bathtub before even looking at it. I would definitely recommend them!

The day after installation of my new AC/furnace system Patrick Riley purchased the company I had contracted with, Isley’s. I was quite nervous and upset about the change because I had chosen Isley’s as my contractor after researching others and the favorable experiences I had with them in the past. There were a few items pending after installation. Patrick Riley’s timely completion of these items was exceptional. Kyle, their quality control technician was excellent.
