Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

This company was suppose to repair a job another plumber did for my home warranty company. Instead they said I was doing home remodeling and refused to service it, and then tried to collect a service fee when I have emails showing no charge would be made. The plumber didn't listen to what I was saying, spent a whole 2 minutes then wanted 75$.

After consulting 3 plumbing companies in Phoenix to find a solution for the problem I had with the toilet in my house I had enough.;Their attitudes were from rude to arrogant.

As a final try I saw the ad saying help would be within 60 minutes. A very friendly lady answered and after I told her about the problem she said you are at the right place.

One of our technicians will call you within the next 10 minutes about an appointment. Was I surprised that this actually came true. After viewing the toilet disaster, a very professional, knowledgeable young man, named Casey came up with a solution. A couple minutes later checking the prices for the necessary equipment, he offered me a very good estimate. It was not an easy job to do, but they did it perfectly to my great satisfaction. Especially Casey must be mentioned because he did not hesitate to even work at the weekend. THIS COMPANY I CAN RECOMMEND STRONGLY AND I THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. THEY HAVE SHOWN ME AND CASEY DEMONSTRATET IT THAT THEY REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

These guys are awesome! Great response time, knowlegeable, and professional . Mike H came out in the am to assess what we had regargarging our remodel, on time . Meanwhile , several hours later , we had a leak issue, totally unrealated to Mikes am visit. Called Charity, they sent Mike back out. Response time between my
emergency call and Mikes arrival was about an hour . Would highly recommend them !

Mike n CJ returned today (8/30) to rough in our new free standing tub. They were super polite , curteous n professional..They were in and out in a few hours, waiting for tile installation n they will be back to finish. Very excited!!

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.
