Stefan did a great job of coming up with a solution for fixing our broken pipe behind the shower. When the job was done, he physically showed me his repairs and answered all of my questions.

I own a local business, Atlas Home Inspections, and needed my water heater replaced. Called around to a few different places and ended up going with Rooter Ranger at the recommendation of a friend. Couldn't be more happy with the quality of the services provided or the friendliness and knowledge of the gentleman who came to my house. Jesse was phenomenal. Showed up on time, was very knowledgable and did outstanding quality work. Will definitely be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to my friends and colleagues who need work done in the future.

Matthew was pleasant, efficient and professional. He fixed our clogged drain and also noticed some other not so great repairs and he fixed those too! I would highly recommend this company.

I had a leak on an outside spigot and the guys came out within 30mins of me calling to take a look. They were very professional and offered a few different options to fix my leak. They fixed my leak quickly and were very personable and professional the entire time. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Our hot water heater leaked all over the garage on Sat afternoon. From my first contact, concern was evident, telling me how turn off the water etc. Tom came, reviewed and provided clear diagnosis of the issue. He provided all options and associated costs. No pressure just honest forthright information. He got it replaced that night, providing us constant updates. Tom was very professional and he is the best.

My old,old air conditioning unit was repaired by Matt and it ran from the end of April through October. I will be using this company again and hope Matt will still be there next April.

Dave was right on time and took care of both issues quickly. Very reasonably priced! Gave me an estimate on another possible repair we will be dealing with. We’ll definitely call back for future issues!

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

Brandon and his team at Zippity Split are extremely professional and very easy to work with. They diagnosed my problem and communicated with me through out the process. I have used them 3 times over the last year and they are my go to for my plumbing needs.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Had a clogged sink drain from peeling too many potatoes into the garbage disposal. It was 8pm and I found plumbing on Google. They had good reviews and they provided 24 hour service. I called them and everyone was helpful. Frank was awesome, professional and did a great job! Definitely gonna use them again
