I'd like to thank Moon Valley Plumbing for their help today with a clogged kitchen sink. I called in the morning, was told it would be tomorrow and I could get on the cancellation listing for today if something popped up. It popped up and they were here this afternoon to help. Alex arrived and we discussed the issues and some previous repairs/cleaning we had done last year. He made several suggestions and we went with his best assessment and plan to clear the drain. We agreed on a price, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Alex offered a few other "preventative maintenance" items to help prevent future problems. Came home after being away for the weekend and found that the countertop in my laundry room was wet.

At first I thought it was a leaky spray bottle until I felt a couple of drops hit me on the head.

Upon further investigation I discovered a small pinhole leak in one of the pipes in my attic.

I called Deer Valley Plumbing the next morning and was greeted by a courteous individual not an answering service like other plumbing companies I've called in the past. I explained what I had going on and made arrangements to have one of their Technicians come out to access and hopefully repair the problem.

Their Technician Jared W called me first thing in the morning and gave me a rough idea of when he would be out. Prior to his arrival I received a text message telling me that Jared was on his way and the message also included a picture of him so I knew who to expect, nice touch.

Jared was right on time and I found him to be extremely professional in both his appearance as well as plumbing knowledge.

Jared got right on the job and after assessing the situation explained to me what my options were.

We decided that the best option was to cut out a section of the old pipe to include a 90 degree fitting and replace it with new copper pipe and fittings.

The work was completed in a very timely matter you could tell that Jared knew what he was doing.

After cleaning up after himself Jared went through the service report with me explaining each of the charges which I found to be very reasonable.

I was extremely pleased with Deer Valley Plumbing and their Technician Jared and would recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

If you have an emergency, DON'T call Anthony's Plumbing. I had called them for an emergency slab leak. I agreed to pay them for the inspection and estimate. However, they just gave me the gross amount for the cost of repair but refused to give me the actual itemized estimate and/or location of the leak once I didn't commit with them, though they are still invoicing me for the inspection fee. I ended up having to pay a for another plumber to do the inspection, luckily the next plumber was honest and professional and even with the duplicate charge was a lot less than Anthony's quote.

Been dealing with plumbing issues since Saturday it’s 6/17 Wed! Other places wanted to charge my parents more $ called Jesse and he came right away! Gave us a good price and did what others didn’t want to do which was climb to the roof to fix the problem! Thank you!
