Best Filtration System in Phoenix AZ

After calling I was given an immediate time and quote to inspect our project. A text message came with a photo of the plumbing tech, his background and his certification and rating ( out of 5). I received another call telling me when the tech would arrive. He was timely. All options for my job were explained. The plumbing tech was respectful and since it was very rainy day he wore protective booties for the flooring.

Jose and Orlando were absolutely amazing, they came when they said they would, they even allotted me additional time to arrive at the house after work, they immediately went to inspecting my pipes to inform me of any all concerns available, just as I do with my customers at work they were real and down to earth presenting me with viable options to get my repairs done at the lowest cost while performing the work correctly. Will use this company again and will definitely request these two gentlemen again!!!!!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Thank you so much - Complete Plumbing & Drain is HIGHLY recommended and we will be saving their number. A+++++++

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

Casey was great. Showed up on time. Explained everything that needed to be replaced. Went above and beyond to service my needs. Excellent customer service. Took time to get everything done right the first time. Personable and precise. Repaired were more extensive then we originally thought but everything was done to my greatest satisfaction. Would certainly use again. Ask for Casey. He’s great!

I had a great experience with BumbleBee Plumbing - they clearly communicated when a technician would be en route to my house & followed up afterwards. Bill was a very knowledgeable technician - answered all my questions, provided quotes/options after assessing my issues & was very efficient in repairing the items.
