My project was not a typical installation.Daniel, the plumber that showed up was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.However the company's way of pricing installations really did not coincide with the installation. Thus I felt the price quoted was far greater that the value of work that needed to be preformed.I believe that if my project would have been a standard installation I would have used the company.

The service man Chris was very professional and really fun to talk with. He explained what and more importantly the why of every step he was taking to replace the water heater. Highly recommend these guys for any service.

Martin was great. He was patient explaining exactly what needed to be done without pressuring for an immediate response. He provided options and pricing clearly. If I could have rated him with a 10, I would have done so. Will ask foe him again should we need your service in the future!

My property management company issued a work order with APES for my AC unit. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was surprised that they could make it that same day. APES made every effort to get to me sooner than they initially promised, which was surprising, and kept me informed on updated ETA. The tech, Chris, actually did arrive early and was quick to determine the cause of the short-cycling problem my AC was having. I am very impressed with the office staff and technician. 10/10, will recommend.

Johnny was very knowledgeable and professional, easy going and personable. He first did a thorough review of the home's plumbing, then showed me pictures of what he had found. When we authorized work, he showed up the next morning promptly and worked all day. Very pleased. I would actually ask to have him return again. But hopefully not too soon!

These guys are awesome! Great response time, knowlegeable, and professional . Mike H came out in the am to assess what we had regargarging our remodel, on time . Meanwhile , several hours later , we had a leak issue, totally unrealated to Mikes am visit. Called Charity, they sent Mike back out. Response time between my
emergency call and Mikes arrival was about an hour . Would highly recommend them !

Ian took the time to explain everything in detail in a manner that one could easily comprehend. No time was wasted. He analyzed the situation quickly and gave me an estimate. He then completed the job remembering to put on his shoe covers each time he entered the house. Ian described a product to use on a regular basis for maintenance, but no high pressure sales pitch. Joe was terrific. Answered phone calls after hours on weekend to walk me through preventative measures. Came the next day almost an hour earlier than planned...quick and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. I definitely recommend Peace of Mind plumbing.

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!
