You are the real deal. The old-school, raised-right, respectful tradesman that knows his work and scope and gets the job done efficiently and with little to no additional impact outside of the originating issue. You are that rare tradesman who also knows how to communicate and carry himself and truly makes the customer the most comfortable as humanly possible when managing an uncomfortable situation in their home, even when they are not there. I watched my cameras a couple times because I was getting security notifications all day due to all the comings and goings, and even when no one was watching (or so you thought), you carried yourself the same as if I'd been there over your shoulder. That's the definition of integrity.



You are obviously a really good plumber, Anthony, but most importantly you're an even more amazing human. It's an honor to cross paths with you again and I wish you nothing but the best.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

Our water heater was due to be drained and inspected. Also, it was time for our water softener sediment filter to be replaced. Anthony Potts was dispatched and, while inspecting our softener system, he stated that, based on its age, our carbon filter should be changed, too. He was very thorough in explaining the workings of our softener system and how changing the carbon filter was crucial to protecting the actual resin "softening" of the water softening unit. Since the filter had never been recharged in the six years since the system was installed, we agreed. Anthony took the time to test the water for chlorine to ensure that the resin had not been compromised to the point of also needing to be replaced. He subsequently reported that the chlorine levels were still at a good level and nothing further was needed.While he was there, I mentioned that we had been hearing hammering sounds in the wall of one of our bathrooms, occurring when either the toilet or faucet was used elsewhere in our home. Anthony posited that the pressure release valve might be to blame. Upon investigation of our front yard PRV, Anthony noted that the pressure on the valve was set too high for our locality, which could explain the noises we heard. He stated that the city could increase water pressure at times without our knowledge and if the combination of city water pressure and PRV pressure load were set too high, the stresses created could ultimately damage the pipes within the walls of the house. After Anthony replaced the valve with a new adjustable version, we have not heard any more noises! Anthony was very professional. courteous, and polite. Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (and Anthony Potts) for your next plumbing job!

Exceptional service. Tyler was terrific and efficiently completed the replacement of my outside lighting fixture. He was able to do all that was needed in an extremely efficient manner. He thoroughly explained how my new fixture works and set it all up and made sure I understood! Thank you, Tyler and Parker and Sons! They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. They showed up on time and were polite, professional, and fast working. I've only had the new water heater for a few hours, but no problems so far and I can notice a positive difference already. Not the cheapest option, but not overpriced at all.

Michael Brick - The Brick as he is called in Chas Roberts came in to service as part of builder warranty and he was amazing !! He was very courteous and it was a minor work but after that he checked everything to make sure everything was good, made some adjustments explained things to us (we are new home owners).
