Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. ASAP was great to work with! They were able to come right away and perform mitigation for a leak that arose through our ceiling from a sudden AC condensate overflow that my wife had to deal with while I was out of town. Then they also completed the repair work after another contractor completed the necessary asbestos abatement. I was very impressed with the drywall, molding repair work, and paint matching! Great care was taken, and it was a very high-quality job. Both Deborah and Lynn in the office were great to work with throughout the entire process and were very patient with our lengthy insurance process.

However, the main purpose of my review is to highlight how the team at ASAP went out of their way to make up for a scheduling miscommunication. Knowing that their schedule was likely very booked, we called ASAP 2 weeks prior to the scheduled completion date of our abatement to get on the calendar for the repair work. We were told a date and time that someone would arrive at our house to review the results of the abatement, and that was that. However, on the morning of the date we were scheduled for, no one arrived at our house. After calling ASAP, we come to find out that there was no record of our appointment in their system, and we were told that it would likely be weeks before we could get the repair work done due to their current workload. After further investigation, it turns out that the person we had spoken to that failed to document our appointment and get us through the proper steps in the process was no longer at the company. At this point, ASAP owned their mistake and their amazing team sprung into action. They had to squeeze us in, but Eddie and Danny were at our house to get some preliminary steps done later THAT DAY, and they were able to find someone to complete the work by the end of the week!!

I wish more reviews told stories like this, because to me it is very important. Every company makes mistakes, but it is how they respond to their mistakes that differentiates the good companies from the bad. And I believe that the communication mistake that was made is rare for ASAP, I get the impression the person that made it was on the way out. I highly recommend working with ASAP if you have had water damage to your house, they will take care of you!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

I had a great experience with Titan, they helped me with the flood I had in my home. I was very worried, and they were able to come in the same day, and put fans up. They worked quickly, and I felt respected And safe even when they had workers in and out of my home. Harry was wonderful and I'm very grateful, I found an honest company to handle my flood.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
