These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

I had a recirculating pump installed for my hot water today. Johnny was fantastic! He even replaced some pipe from the water heater that had evidence of a previous leak. I am not sure if I am more excited about the hot water sooner to the faucets - and it was insanely long - over three minutes - OR.... he also corrected an issue in my master shower. With the shower handle at the highest heat setting it was in the winter at best - only barely warm enough. He was able to adjust it so that now it is HOT and can be adjusted to any desired temperature. His explanations were excellent and I truly was pleased with his professionalism, demeanor and skill.

A few years ago, I had a major plumbing disaster. I was impressed with the integrity and professionalism of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, which is why I called them for a toilet that wouldn’t consistently flush. The plumber that came out replaced a flapper valve and flush assembly. An angle stop and supply line were also replaced, despite the fact that they had been replaced a couple of years ago and were not in need of replacement. The bill for these relatively minor repairs was $265, and when the plumber left, the problem was not corrected. If not for the $265 bill, I would not have known he was here. Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber to address this problem and all future plumbing needs. One star is being given because I can’t give less

Cameron and Franz were both fantastic technicians! Cameron came out right away the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Franz came out the next day and finished the job efficiently. Before and during the process, both technicians communicated frequently and purposefully. Cameron, Franz, and The Aussie Plumber office staff were all very professional throughout the process. I feel the price of service was fair and high quality. Thank you so much!

We were apprehensive using a company we were unfamiliar with. Joe J. with Deer Valley Plumbing arrived on time and immediately began his analysis after listening to our concerns with our plumbing issue. He then explained exactly what was needed, offered pricing and upon our approval began the repairs. He was done in a timely manner, explained, in detail, exactly what he did, completed a "double check" to make sure there were no unseen problems and we must say he really exceeded our expectations. We will call Deer Valley Plumbing for any future work and will be promoting them to friends and family.

I had an emergency situation where the water to the house had to be shut off. They responded within the hour and got our problems fixed. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome service from call to tech resolving problem. Tech arrived on time and assessed problem. Found a way to resolve problem for half the original quote. There is no way to delicately talk about a backed up toilet in men’s room at a warehouse but I’m one happy customer and will use them again!

Linsey and Christian came out and helped me solve my sewer/drain problem. I was referred to them by a plumbing camera company; I was told that they knew their stuff, were affordable, reliable and straightforward.



I found them to be all of those things and when I had scheduling challenges, they continued to work with me until we could get everything taken care.

It became apparent that my older home needed some major drainage line/pipe replacement. This was going to be a big project to repair but the team made it as painless as possible throughout the whole experience. Jon was fantastic to work with and really put my mind at ease, being there with me every step of the way. He made himself available 24/7 really to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the whole process. The entire team worked very hard and as fast as they could in order to get my home the repairs it needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured and was also reassured that everything that was done was necessary for the integrity of my home. They are amazing. We were having a family gathering and out of the blue my kitchen was under water due to pipe being broken. I immediately looked up a plumbing company on google and called them up. They were super professional and after talking with them, I immediately felt at ease.
