Wow, I will never call another plumber. No BS with this company. Knowledge, punctual, clean, personable. Had a water heater and Halo system installed. Highly recommend. Bruce? Owner and Jason were awesome.

The young man found our problem right away and fixed it. He was very professional and honest. We will deal with Diamondback Plumbing whenever we have a leak or a drip.

I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

Great communication and updates, there were able to get it done a day earlier than expected. They came the next business day, worked quickly without disruption to patient care. Well priced, no funny business. Felt taken care of, and not taken advantage of.

Jesse and Cody provided awesome service attending to our backed up kitchen drain. Custom plumbing did work on our main sewer line a couple years back and I knew we could rely on them to tend to all of our plumbing needs at a reasonable price. Thanks guys appreciate it!

Alan was wonderful to work with. He was responsive with communication and did an amazing job installing my new hot water heater. He went above and beyond to make sure the new system was working. Great service, friendly, and extreemly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their service. I called on Sunday and was able to get an appointment the next day to get the pressure reducer on the main line to the house fixed due to a leak. This is a small business that cares about their customers. And, unlike larger plumbing companies out there, this company wants your repeat business, and provides fair prices for their services.
