Best Drain Issue in Phoenix AZ

Steve did an excellent job of finding the leak in my house when the previous guys couldn't. He was also very knowledgeable and respectful.

Own a business in Glendale and Pink Plumbing and Sewer rock! Totally professional and fast as hell. Definitely happy they came in and fixed my clog as soon as I called! Highly recommend if you need any plumbing needs.

Frank came out the same day we called and was very experienced, respectful and professional. He put me at ease by assuring me he could fix our clog. I live in Boise, Idaho, and I had a nursery go to my house in Phoenix and plant some palm trees, and when they went to go turn on the faucet to water them, the faucet pulled away from the house and the copper pipe. I called them and inform them of the situation. They were very accommodating, and they sent out a repair man immediately and took care of it. They were very professional and they deserve every one of the five stars that I am giving them. I am a concrete contractor in Idaho and I completely understand what it takes to run a business and I understand that it’s the people out on the field that represent the business and he did a wonderful job. I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. Our 70 year old tub was clogged and wouldn't drain. Lindsey came out with a power snake and worked for some time to make sure it was draining properly! She was professional and on time! Great service. We will use Peerless Plumbing for all of out plumbing needs in the future!

Walt came out immediately on a miserable, rainy night to assist my elderly mother with a sewer back up into her home. He identified and addressed the issue and was kind to her. He worked with her insurance carrier to explain the details of what he found and was instrumental in getting her claim covered (you want a knowledgeable plumber when working with insurance carriers these days and even then, insurance companies hate to cover water/sewerage claims). We have had him come back out to her house proactively, to auger all her lines again so this situation never repeats, replace lines to her dishwasher, re-seat or replace toilets, change out valves under sinks, etc. Based on his work for mom, we called him this week to find a leak in our own home, that three prior plumbers had been unable to locate- he did not disappoint. He found and repaired the leak and cleaned up every area in which he worked- a contractor who cleans up after himself is unheard of anymore. Walt is the best plumber with whom I've ever had contact- completely professional, deeply experienced, dogged in diagnosing and addressing the issues, and a good human. Good plumbing is costly but without good diagnosis and repair, there will be more bills, headaches and disruption to one's life later. You want the best plumber you can get and Walt is that plumber!!

We have yet to use them on any job, but their estimate I just received for a commercial project is the most thorough I have ever seen any plumber provide. Been doing construction for almost 20 years! They came highly recommended by our plumbing supplier
