I texted Wyman first thing this morning for our garbage disposal which was not working. They texted back immediately. By 9:30 am Anthony was on site at my home working on the repair. Anthony was very efficient and professional. While he was here I also asked him to change the filters in our reverse osmosis system which he did. He had all the parts needed on his truck. Very professional, responsive and efficient work.

Quick to respond, on time, and quality work on our water softener and RO system install. Will be using them in the future.

I was very happy.and pleased with their service the technician was very knowledgeable.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache.They did it for over 8 times less.

Franz came and did the rough in plumbing to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower for a reasonable price with quality work. I also hired Aussie Plumbing back in Dec when they changed my shut off valves and box for my washer.



Update: We finally finished the shower and everything works and looks great.

Im pleased to say the call and appointment set up was fast and easy, the office kept me up to date and even offered to come ahead of schedule a couple times when they finished other jobs early which was great! I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

One day I was out getting something to eat and overheard someone(Jesse Adams) on a phone call talking to a potential customer. What caught my attention was that the guy, Jesse Adams, was not only being extremely professional but also provided consultation to the customer and explained cost-effective options. As someone who has had to deal with the headache of my car messing up, air conditioning issues, and plumbing problems I always get nervous that the person I call for help is going to take advantage of the fact that I’m in need of help. It spoke volumes about his character that he did what was in the best interest of a customer who definitely had an emergency plumbing situation. Every time I see a Rooter Ranger van, I think of great customer service now, thanks to Jesse Adams!
