We recently used Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical to take care of a laundry list of repairs we needed done before selling our home. They were prompt, professional and fairly priced, which took a huge weight off of our shoulders during an otherwise stressful time! I can't recommend them enough, for jobs big and small.

Our sewer main and water main decided to give up due to age / roots. We put it off way too long and everything just went all at once. We called for some help to diagnose the scene.We have never used Parker & Sons but thought we'd give them a shot. Excellent first impression. Luke came out the same day and thoroughly inspected everything and answered all of our questions, courteous, and professional. Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.



Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

I called Peerless Plumbing and they were out to the property within a day. They sent text notifications that the appointment was scheduled. They said text notification when the technician was on his way, and they sent technician notification when he was done. The best service you can have.

So grateful for Ernesto who showed up from hero home services. He was here for no longer Than 30 minutes and assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue I was waiting to get fixed for over 12 hours. We had benjamin Franklin plumbing here for over 3 hours and they weren't ble to tackle the job nearly as good as Ernie. I'm a disabled person and can depend on heroes like Ernie to fix my problems. He has also installed water purification system & bidet, along with all the other items above.. Chad is very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I can trust him to be on time and do great work. He and his family are very honest and caring. All the work his company has done for me has been great. I recommend them to others often. :)

Plumbers were excellent at finding the source of the issue and were very polite and professional upon walking in the door as well finishing the job. They knew what they were doing and I had no doubt in my mind I called the right people to get the job done.

Mark and Brandon are both great and friendly and honest. Fairly priced, and knowledgable. Had them fix a leaking dishwasher line and replace a toilet, and check out a couple things to make sure my newly purchased condo was set up right.
