My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

It became apparent that my older home needed some major drainage line/pipe replacement. This was going to be a big project to repair but the team made it as painless as possible throughout the whole experience. Jon was fantastic to work with and really put my mind at ease, being there with me every step of the way. He made himself available 24/7 really to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the whole process. The entire team worked very hard and as fast as they could in order to get my home the repairs it needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured and was also reassured that everything that was done was necessary for the integrity of my home. They also did great job explaining everything along the way and in a way that was easy to comprehend. Big thanks to Jon, Neal, Sammy and Joel for their hard work and professionalism!!

We had an emergency on a Sunday and called Reddi Service. They sent Pepe out, who corrected the problem then and arranged to return in a couple weeks to complete that issue and work on other issues he had found. Pepe is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We will always call Reddi Services and ask for Pepe when we have an issue or project

After 35+ years in our home with no problems, we decided it might be a good idea to have the septic pumped. Stephanie answered and sounded surprised that we'd never pumped in that LONG period of time...but there's only ever been two people and nothing goes in there besides WHITE T.P. and (y'all know the rest)!
The guys showed up on time and did a quick location. I opted for a large tite-seal riser and cap since the lid was 16 and had to be jackhammered out! Andrew did all the belly work with the hose while the others rinsed the walls and unclogged concrete and debris....turned into a bigger job than I thought! All the while, Andrew (Andy) explained every step of the process AND give me hints on how to promote proper bacteria growth in the tank! This young man is a great customer service representative (and was assisted by two equally well-qualified servicemen)!!!!!!!
Overall, I'm very satisfied and the bottom line was only slightly more than I originally anticipated! THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

I had the very good luck to contact Rooter Ranger through their online advertising. Soon after speaking with their answering service I was contacted by Riley in their office to confirm my plumbing problem. She was efficient and very knowledgeable about the process. I was contacted by Barney who was assigned to handle the job. He arrived right on time. Soon my plumbing problems were completely, efficiently and professionally resolved. Most importantly, their service is honest and straightforward with NO up-selling.

Devin came out to our house to do what we were prepared to be a costly repair. After a few minutes, he told us that he didn't have the right size part to replace ours, but that the existing part was easily bent back into place. He didn't even charge for the call!! I can now state that it's a wonderful COMPANY that employs fantastic PEOPLE to conduct their business!! From Jessica, who answered my calls, to the plumbers they send out to take care of my issues, every contact with this place is just awesome. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

We had Bumble Bee perform some services for us a few months ago and also purchased some new equipment. We called them back out again to repair two other items this week and Lupe was our technician. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. Currently in the middle of replacing my pipes... So far this week they haven’t been on time but one time for the time slot that they gave me. I am currently without use of any drains and any toilets since yesterday afternoon. This was never supposed to be an issue but assured me it would be fixed this morning when they were supposed to be here. Currently past noon and still no one here... No respect for others time and needs. This has been a horrible experience to say the least

Very pleased with my entire interaction with Jack Plumbing. I contacted 3 plumbers about scheduling the installation of faucets after our new countertops were installed. I got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting Jack . They were able to move up my appointment when the countertops were ready earlier than expected. The plumber was young, but the owner was in and out to give tips and help out as needed in the middle of his busy morning. The work was much better than if I had tried to do it myself and they stuck to the price they quoted me on the phone.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
