My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. Ernesto was very professional and efficient on taking care of the initial need of unclogging the tub, and both Ernesto and Jose M did a great job and giving us a diagnosis and an estimate. I called today to have someone come out. Just returned from vacation and the washing machines stopped working on the first load of clothes and flooded the closet the washer and dryer are in. I need someone to pull out the washer, replace the plumbing and knobs that no longer worked, cut down the pipes and add new recessed knobs.
Pepe came out the within an hour and a half of the call. He removed the washing machine ( no easy chore and even put it and the dryer on the side of the house for me. Then he proceeded to clean up ten years worth of accumulated dust, dirt, and other things that had dropped behind the washer and dryer. The space was so tight that it was never cleaned nor could you see what had accumulated. He then cleaned the floor and did his plumbing job.

He is my hero today. I can have the new washer installed next week and the plumbing job is perfect. I could have never moved the machines on my own so Pepe went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful that you have such a great team of people working for you.

We called Cooper’s on Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday 12/28/22. We had the privilege of having tec Jody Martin come and help us pump out our septic tank. He was on time very professional and very nice. He made sure that his job was done right. We will be using Coopers again for our septic needs. Thank you again Jody for your professionalism and care!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

After consulting 3 plumbing companies in Phoenix to find a solution for the problem I had with the toilet in my house I had enough.;Their attitudes were from rude to arrogant.As a final try I saw the ad saying help would be within 60 minutes. A very friendly lady answered and after I told her about the problem she said you are at the right place.One of our technicians will call you within the next 10 minutes about an appointment. Was I surprised that this actually came true. After viewing the toilet disaster, a very professional, knowledgeable young man, named Casey came up with a solution. A couple minutes later checking the prices for the necessary equipment, he offered me a very good estimate. It was not an easy job to do, but they did it perfectly to my great satisfaction. Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. We had a free standing tub that needed to be installed after our contractor left it unfinished. Upon reviewing what needed to be done... I was explained the options and specifically what would be done to complete the project. They took great care to protect the floors and area. Brad the technician did an awesome job. I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for.
