I just had the best experience. Rodney scoped and fixed my drains and hydrojet my lines and got my a chem for my system. My house was built in 1951 and has the old cast iron piping. This guy found my issue and fixed it. I finally have great working plumbing after fighting with multiple companies and so much money spent from snake rentals and other companies that could never fix my drainage issues. Rodney is the man. Best service experience ever.

Sent out by my home warranty to trouble shoot my tankless water heater. Showed them it didn't work, tested 3 times. Tried to sell me a flush service, for $250, which was just done 6 months ago. Saying they couldn't properly test it without them doing the service. I'm a licensed contractor, $250 for a hour service and a gallon of cleaner? Come on... Not first time home warranty has sent them to my house. First time was for a toilet and they wanted to charge 1300 to move toilet hold down flange over a inch before replacing toilet.. RIP OFF

So grateful for Ernesto who showed up from hero home services. He was here for no longer Than 30 minutes and assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue I was waiting to get fixed for over 12 hours. We had benjamin Franklin plumbing here for over 3 hours and they weren't ble to tackle the job nearly as good as Ernie. I'm a disabled person and can depend on heroes like Ernie to fix my problems. What started out to (hopefully) be a quick fix, minor repair turned into a 2 day, 10 plus hours of grueling heat, major reroute job. I went through 2 technicians, an outside contract technician, a supervisor and one more GB tech to give a second set of eyes to make sure all was done correctly. To say I was treated fairly, promptly, and most of all professionally would not be enough to adequately describe my service. I thought I was treated above and beyond but Daryl (my super hero plumber) informed me that this was just status quo for George Brazil Company. Daryl offered pamphlets and information on other services I expressed an interest in and ran some estimates for me to consider. If Daryl represents the kind of employees that GB company employs I would have zero hesitation to recommend not only him but the entire plumbing team.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

I wish I could rate zeros stars, because they did not complete the job we requested them to do.
It began in November when I contacted American Home Shield to have our faucet repaired. They assigned Centurian and after the first appointment was not kept it was rescheduled and they came out to our home. They stated it was unrepairable . They stated that once a new faucet was obtained they would return to install. The faucet was received the next day, and this began the ignoring of phone calls and text messages.

This place/company if you choose to call it, failed to respond and even acknowledge the flood of messages that both myself and spouse gave in attempt to have our job completed. When appointments were set, they were not kept on numerous occasions and no phone call was given to reschedule. I could go on, but this cycle repeated until we finally were able to have contract given to another company.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! AVOID THIS PLACE, AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
