Our toilet was improperly installed when we did some renovations and started leaking several months later. Once we noticed the leak, Centurion came out the next day to take a look and quickly determined there was no wax ring under the toilet. They did a great job with the repair and even shaved down the bolts holding the toilet to the floor so the caps finally fit correctly. Small detail, but made my day.

Zack from Centurian plumbing came out and worked on the leak at the kitchen sink, we thought it was repaired but t began leaking again. CNJ Services came out when we were unable to get a response from Centurian and found that the garbage disposal collar was not secured properly and fixed the leak. I would recommend CNJ Serices.

My Home Warrenty called this company on a Tuesday, the technician called me when he was done and stated he would be back on Thursday after it was approved. Thursday came and went, Friday came and went, the weekend came and went in between having words with the owner. First he tells me he doesn’t know what I’m talking about because he’s never been to my house, then he tells me my claim has been denied by my warranty company. That is false so I went with 10 days with no running water at in the kitchen and him not showing up to finish the job. Needless to say I had to call another company. He walked away with my $45 service fee and I’m out of pocket because I had to call in another company.

Centurion Plumbing is contracted through American Home Shield. They know how to lie to AHS to get your covered repair denied. If they are not willing to speak to AHS or any other third party in front of you, cancel the appointment and make them leave then request a refund of your service fee. We ended up $735 out of pocket because they lied to AHS about a repair that would have been covered. Instead we would have paid $75. Now I cannot get anyone from that company to respond. Do not use this company period.

As I write this, I have now gone over a month without hot water. I contacted my home warranty when the hot water went out, and they assigned Centurion, and someone came out the next day, they said that they needed to order a part to finish the job. So far, so good. A week went by, and I was notified by home warranty that they couldn't authorize the repair because they had requested additional information (a valid serial number) and although they had tried several times, Centurion never replied. Finally someone from Centurion called and asked me to climb behind the water heater and take a picture of the serial number and then send it to them. I did this, and the next day I received notification from my home warranty that they had authorized the repair. So now I was already 9 days without hot water due to their inattention. A week went by, no word on when the repair would be done despite several phone calls and text messages. BTW don't ever try to call this company, no one ever answers and the voice mail specifically says we don't monitor these messages so send a text message if it is an emergency. Well, guess what, they don't reply to text messages routinely either. I finally got ahold of someone via text, he said that the part was ordered and he would let me know when it has arrived. It is now another 13 days since that reply, still no word, no reply to multiple messages, so my home warranty is sending out a new company and I have to start this process all over again.

I was referred to Centurion Plumbing Services for a second opinion by American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty Company. The technician showed up, took a look at the broken faucet and said that it was an easy repair. He even said that he had the correct part in his truck, but would have to seek approval from AHS before proceeding with the repair. He said he would be back later in the day or the following Monday to perform the repair once he had the authorization. It is now nearly 60 days later and I haven't heard back from Centurion Plumbing or AHS, even after over a dozen calls from me. I called at least 3x per week and I received no response from either company. Avoid Centurion Plumbing. They do not value their customers or your business.

Sadly disappointing. We were assigned this plumber from our home warranty. Work order was two faucets and a toilet. They missed their first scheduled appointment, due to a medical issue, which is understandable. But they did not communicate with us, had to call them for three days then called my home warranty company and they got a hold of them. The owner called me, he is very nice, we reschedule. His employee came out, fixed one faucet, took one look at the toilet said he would have to come back.

We scheduled the second visit, then the day before the appointment, I get a text message notifying me my appointment had been moved to another day. No question of my availability, just moved. I messaged the company back and the owner called me, he said his employee was told to call me and ask if they could move the appointment. He didn't check with me but when I spoke to the owner, I agreed to the new appointment day.

The employee came out, this time took the toilet off, and said the flange was too high. He said he would need to call the home warranty company and ask if they would cover the cost. He said it should take a day. The employee said, sorry I can't even hook your toilet back up so for about a week I had no working toilet in the guest bathroom. I called.the plumber and the owner said I will tell the warranty company about it, so they cover it. Just don't screw us on the review. Okay well they told the home warranty company it was not normal wear and tear so they warranty company will not cover it. So here we are with the review. Truth is, if its not wear and tear, that's okay. I'd even excuse the comment the owner made to me because his employee told the warranty company what he believes is right. The problem so far has been, every time I need to contact this plumber, I call and text and don't hear back for days.

Fed up with them and having to pay out of pocket, I decided I'll hire a different plumber to finish the toilet repair. He looked and said the flange was not too high, and the home warranty company should be made aware of the incorrect diagnosis, but his company does not work with my home warranty company so if he did the work, it would not be covered unless I file a reimbursement claim.

I wanted to support Centurion Plumbing because it is a local family business, with military veteran ownership, but the poor communication and employee who I don't think wants to be a plumber were too much to continue a business relationship with. I will be notifying my home warranty company of these issues and requesting that future service calls go to any other plumbing company.

Whatever you do in life... please avoid this place!

I wish I could rate zeros stars, because they did not complete the job we requested them to do.
It began in November when I contacted American Home Shield to have our faucet repaired. They assigned Centurian and after the first appointment was not kept it was rescheduled and they came out to our home. They stated it was unrepairable . They stated that once a new faucet was obtained they would return to install. The faucet was received the next day, and this began the ignoring of phone calls and text messages.

This place/company if you choose to call it, failed to respond and even acknowledge the flood of messages that both myself and spouse gave in attempt to have our job completed. When appointments were set, they were not kept on numerous occasions and no phone call was given to reschedule. I could go on, but this cycle repeated until we finally were able to have contract given to another company.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! AVOID THIS PLACE, AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE!

Troy and his son Zach came to our home over the weekend on a very short notice . We have little ones and needed services ASAP . Every other plumbing company that our home warranty company had called us couldn’t come out until Monday 9/16 . Our home warranty company had Centurion Plumbing call us and They were able to come out the next day on Saturday 9/14 . These men were extremely helpful and professional. The negative reviews about this company is not what they deserve . The home warranty company should have been given the bad reviews, since it is not the plumbing company’s fault if they service was not covered . They are amazing and I would highly recommend them .

Truly the worst contractors I’ve ever worked with.

These guys came to replace a component, that failed three months later and flooded a part of my house. When on the phone they said “no problem, we guarantee our work and will take care of it”. Well a month after trying to track them down, no answer, no returned calls, no returned texts, etc., now I’m paying someone else to do it right. Don’t buy the veteran friendly angle, I’m a vet and they knew that, and still left me high and dry. If quality, customer service, or time are of any concern, look anywhere else.

They never came back to do the work and they never return your calls. Had the warranty company get in touch with them and they don't answer their calls or emails either. Zack was my service tech who was very friendly and knowledgeable and said he would turn everything in to office to get it fixed through warranty and the service call is still open saying waiting for parts (over 3 weeks ago) when they can just pick them up at home Depot. Not really happy right now since I don't have hot water going into showers.

Had a really positive experience with Centurion.

Bathtub kept backing up and we couldn't determine the source. Centurion plumber showed up and was able to figure the problem and clear the blockage.

They communicated their timeline/schedule pretty regularly so we that we could minimize the disruption to our normal daily schedule (kid pick ups/drop offs, etc).

Overall, it was a great job and really positive experience using Centurion Plumbing Services.

Choice Home Warranty referred me to this company. Zack came and evaluated the issue took my service fee and mentioned should be a couple of days. Piece needed to be replaced, part was ordered, and last I heard of them. I had home warranty try to get in contact and failure, now no response to calls or text messages. I never bash a business, but if you have the option use a different company.

I wish we could review their actual work, however, that would have required them to respond back to the work order that they agreed to fulfill with our home warrant company. We called Friday morning at 8:30am and Centurion accepted our work order. We cancelled all plans Friday to be available to them. We called (no response, and a full voicemail box), texted, and emailed multiple times - never got a response. Saturday our home warranty company spoke with Troy who said that he would come to the home that day. He did not know what time, but would call when he was in route. That was at about 8:30am again. At 7:30PM..... still no response from Centurion. If you do not want a job, then just don't accept it. If something comes up and you cannot keep your promise for when work will be completed, then reach out to notify the home owner and / or the home warranty company. This just isn't how you should conduct business.

Took the money and ran! Sent by my home warranty company their employee was in our home for a few minutes. He took our service fee and said he’d have to order a part (it’s a common part) and he’d get back to us. Never heard from him again. Turns out he told our home warranty we damaged the item by using force. That’s not what happened and not what we said. The home warranty wouldn’t cover the repair because of what was submitted by them. I tried to get Centurion to correct their mistake and was hassled even more. I even sent a picture of the item to show it wasn’t damaged as their employee described. Very unprofessional. Frustrating experience overall and a waste of time and money.

Wednesday afternoon I discovered I had no hot water. I called American Home Shield and they assigned me to Centurion with a WO number. At 5:30 I called (they close at 6) I get an answering machine and no call back. I send texts, nothing. Thursday AM I text that I’m up but no response. At 8 AM I call I get VM. I call AHS and complain. I at least want a call back. After 2 hours and nothing I call AHS again and I’m very upset. After holding for 15 minutes I’m told they’ll be out Friday. Then they send Zach over on Thursday who tries without success to cut off a flange to see into the tank area. He’s unsuccessful. He takes pictures and says I need a new water heater and he will turn it in saying it may take a few days. One hour later AHS calls and tells me it is NOT covered because it was not normal wear and tear? We have been in the house 3 months with a policy that clearly states no inspections needed. No matter how old the equipment is. My sense is Centurion did not want to do the job because I complained about the response time and we are too far away from their office. This is really bad service all around. Centurion wants low hanging fruit. I was not worth it. But I’m hung out to dry. I am getting a new water heater Friday AM from another local company. I will now take on the AHS home warranty company. BBB, Atty General, Yelp. I will let everyone know how I was treated. 3 different techs said this is typical and my heater failed from old age.

I have been trying to contact Centurion for over a week now regarding a hot water heater replacement through my home warranty with zero response. When the appointment was set for Friday I immediately called Centurion multiple times to reschedule since I was going to be out of town and no one answered. I left a message informing them that I would not be available and we would need to reschedule for the following week. I received a message from Nick on Friday saying he was at my door for the appointment. Since then I have called, texted and left multiple voice messages with no response. I would suggest you hire a receptionist to return calls and schedule appointments. It is very unprofessional to not listen to voice mails or return phone calls and texts.

Our water heater stopped working so we called our Home Warranty company, Choice (we will be cancelling with Choice). We were assigned to Centurion Plumbing Services. They sent a technician out a few days after we submitted our claim. As we thought, the water heater needed to be replaced. Choice said they would replace but we needed to pay the plumber an additional $450 for new connections. We spoke to the plumber, Centurion Plumbing, and negotiated the price down. Then we had to wait for Choice to approve and order the water heater. Centurion didn't get the authorization until late Friday and they do not usually work on Sat. They kindly made an exception for us and found out the warehouse was closed on Sat, so Centurion bought a water heater and installed it on Sat. They said they would try and collect the cost from Choice Warranty. Centurion Plumbing was responsive, on time and provided excellent service.

I had Troy install a new tankless water heater and two years later I had some plumbing work done at my house with a different plumbing company and he informed me that the water heater was not installed correctly. There was no relief valve and recirculating line was not connected. The pump which is the main component to this type of water heater was not connected either. I tried calling several times but would not return calls. Please stay away from this company.

This company performed service ordered by Home Choice Home Warranty. After unblocking the blockage in the kitchen sink, they created water drip and refuse to repair because was not cover by the Home Warranty. It must be huge joke since they are the one to create the leak since there was no leak before they start working on the issue, it was just very slow drain so if there were any leaks it would show then. Service guy stated that it is not his responsibility to fix that leak and the connections are wrong. It took handymen 30 seconds to fix the leak by tightening the connections under the sink - of course another service fee needed to be paid to Handyman for the 30 second repair -what are joke.
There is no more pride in the profession – we will report this to Contractor Register Office for unprofessional treatment.

Someone needs to get this guy an admin or something. If your home warranty company sends Centurion your way, shut the door and ask for someone else. Call after call went straight to voicemail for almost a week, but we could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. We sat without hot water the whole time because this guy couldn't figure out how to send the required form to the warranty company. He only answered after we called from a number we had not used before, which confirmed for me that he had been actively ignoring our calls. He stumbled over half a dozen excuses when he finally answered.

We replaced the water heater ourselves using a different company.

AWESOME work! Troy and Zach were sent by home warranty company and really came through. The backed up drain problem was bigger and more complicated than expected. They stayed and worked to find a solution in direct AZ heat to ensure my family would have the peace of mind of having working plumbing. I greatly appreciate their help and would recommend them to anyone!

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS PLUMBER. We had one of the worst business experiences and want to save anyone else from going through what we did. We began this job in June and were told the job would be completed in July, then we were strung along with excuses for more months. In October we were told we would have our gas line in and job completed in time for Thanksgiving. He said he would show up, but wouldn't; he hired our handyman to do part of the job but never paid him, and he kept making excuses for why the permit was delayed, when in fact he permit was ever pulled. We made the mistake of putting down a deposit, but when the job was nowhere closer to completion after 5 months, we called in a new plumbing company. The new job and permit were completed in THREE DAYS. We are kind and trusting people and got taken advantage of. Hoping to save others form getting involved with this company.

The Choice Home Warranty made an appointment with Centurion Plumbing to unclog my main drain. I have to wait 3 days them to come. The technician, which came, tried to put a snake into the drain from the outside, but could not go more than one foot inside. After spending half an hour he said that it is an old drain and his snake would not work. He offered to call home warranty for approval of hydro jetting, collected $45 dollars service fee, and I did not hear from him ever since. Home warranty sent me e-mail refusing the hydro jetting. After this failure, I googled other companies and found one, which came in an hour after I called them, and for $63 unclogged the drain within 10 minutes.
I would avoid Centurion Plumbing Services and Choice Home Warranty by all means.

Very good experience!
Centurion was sent to us by our home warranty. Troy came out on a Sunday to rescue us from overflowing toilets. He was here within 2-hours of the home warranty company calling him. Don't know what all these 1-star reviews are about, but for us; his customer service was spot on, appearance was clean & professional, and he kept us informed the entire time. Most importantly...the backed up plumbing that almost sent us to hotel, was fixed!

I use this plumbers as he was assigned to me through American Home sShiel. I called him for a whole week and then finally answered my phone call on February 5th and came out on February 6th. He looked at my jacuzzi tub and said that access panel was not near the motor and would have to pay $200 for him to put in a new access panel closer to the motor. He said he had to order a part for the air hose and faceplate and would have an appointment with me in 2 weeks. After a month no return phone call from him. ThenTI texted him and called him daily. After two days he finally answered the phone. He said he just got back from a Hawian vacation with his whole family and was not at work mode yet. He couldn't recallrwho I was. I informed him about what happened with my jacuzzi tub and how he was going to call American Home sShiel to get new access panelcovered since I already have access. He said he would do that and call me back that night. He also acknowledged receiving my voice messages and text despite previously saying he never got them. A week later I haven't heard back from him. I'm so fed up with this unreliable man who should not be on a home warranty service contract.

Troy and Zach are amazing! I moved into a home that is pretty old and ended up with some major plumbing issues due to tree roots crushing my main lines. Within 2 days they were able to get the equipment they needed to dig up my front yard to reroute and replace my lines. I was amazed that they got all of that word done in one day! They are both very friendly and will do whatever they can to find the best and most affordable solution for your plumbing issues. Thanks again gentlemen!

Centurion Plumbing is wonderful! We had only been in our house for 2 1/2 weeks when the bathtub started filling up with junk from our kitchen sink... Gross!! We are so thankful American Home Shield listed Centurion Plumbing as a provider! Zach came the same day and diagnosed the problem, a faulty back water flow valve in our front yard. sigh. Unfortunately, American Home Shield wont cover anything outside the foundation of the home... Grrrr. But that is hardly the plumbers fault! They gave us a VERY reasonable quote, assembled a team, and returned the next morning to dig a giant hole in the ground, in order to access and replace the valve. Troy taught me how our new plumbing is laid out, and where the problem occurred. He also showed me the cheap/rubberized/ faulty valve, and the new (much better quality) plastic valve that will not break down over time like the old one did.
Don't let the grumpy American Home Shield reviews deter you from Centurion Plumbing. Don't get me wrong, I'm grumpy too... just with American Home Shield for not covering the expense. (in fact, all the negative reviews are American Home Shield people. Lets point the blame in the right place.) Troy, Zach and their team are GOOD, honest, kind people! Very grateful for them!! 5 stars... 10 if I could!

Water heater issues long story short this guy set up appointment I agreed to HIS day & time. No call no show on 3 separate occasions, I finally called warranty company and had to pay another service fee to ensure a different company came out to fix it, one call 2 hours later I have hot water again! Had been waiting on him to just show up since November 3rd

Very poor customer service. Initial meeting was great. Tech said he needed to order a part and would make an appt for the following Monday. So I waited till the end of the appt time snd got in touch with them to see why they hadn’t shown up. They still said there waiting on the part. But no one got in touch with me. So I ask why no communication. He got mad and completely canceled the work order. Bottom line. If you want good customer service , stay clear of this company.

By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They came out and said they would fix my shower by ordering a new part. They never ordered the part. Then just ignored me as I tried to get hold of them. Then through my home warranty company I finally got them to come back. They apologized and said they would fix my shower. Turns out they never ordered the part. So they left.....and I never saw them again. Oh and don't bother trying to get hold of them. That's impossible.

Our toilets and showers became clogged and over-filled with dirty water. We got in touch with Troy of Centurion Plumbing Services, and asked for his help. Immediately, his son showed up and resolved the problem; a job very well done. The charge was very reasonable. We highly recommend them!

Troy and Zachary did a great job. I had no issues with their work or their professionalism. I always wonder who I will get and what kind of work they will eventually do. But Troy and Zach did a great job. They came in and resolved my issue quickly and neatly. I didn't feel like they cut any corners, in fact they did more than any others did in 25 years. Not a great experience, this was the company assigned to me through our warranty so i certainly didn't choose them myself. The major issue was just not following through on their word, saying we will be there tomorrow then not showing up. I refused them to come after multiple services and decided that I'll just try to get my money back for the warranty company because its not worth my time to deal with this company. My favorite part was telling me a pop up replacement wasn't in stock at the store, literally every home depot or lowes has tons of them on hand. Oh I forgot my real favorite part, he quoted me a $575 repair for something another plumber did for me for $175, I am not making it up. Its literally crazy and if this person wasn't automatically assigned to me by the warranty company I wouldn't use them, I hope they improve but my experience was bad. Don't use them if you have the ability to choose a plumber.

We were referred to this company through American Home Shield warranty. They were supposed to come out 5 days after we ordered the service, but couldn’t make it on the scheduled date because the assigned plumber had to go to court unexpectedly (he actually called to tell us this). When he showed up the next day, he wouldn’t take the cap off of our clean out so we did it ourselves in order to get him to snake the line. He also wouldn’t go through the kitchen sink, where the backup was. He tried to tell us we had roots in the line and wouldn’t finish the job. So we called Roto-Rooter, who literally came out 2 hours later and completely cleared the kitchen line in less than an hour. No roots mentioned. Warranty included for the work done by Roto-Rooter.

If it’s possible to give this place a lower rating I would. They sent out a “contractor” that couldn’t have been older then a teenager for a leak in our shower. He then said he needed a spare part and would come back the following Tuesday (it was a Friday at this point). He essentially ghosted us, and then told our home warranty company the wrong information so we will be double charged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I don't have enough good things to say about Troy and Zach. Troy came out to assess a water leak and they had it fixed a couple hours later. They were incredibly timely, super professional and kind. They also put my yard back to the way it was before and even better! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

It took forever to schedule the first appointment, still had issues and got the run around, voice/texts went unanswered, he then showed up unannounced, looked at the toilet and then needed to get parts to fix it, they were sent by the home warranty company, this guy has more excuses then a man going to prison, I would NOT recommend their services. And after all of this my toilet still isn't fixed.

Was assigned by AHS. They came out in a few days but they never finished the job. They left a wash rag stuffed in the open end of my pipe for 3 months. Promise to come and cap it off five separate times but never showed up. Then he calls me and threatens to sue me for warranty work. Stay away.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! This guy is unreliable and seems to be delusional. He set up at least 3 appointments with me to fix my toilet and never showed up. Finally, I texted him and asked if he even intended on coming to fix the toilet adding that it is ridiculous to keep telling me he’s coming out and not showing up. He responded by telling me I was being rude & he would not be coming out.

Yep. Doesn't deserve even one star. Poorest customer service I've seen. After a month and a dozen phone calls he never called back. Can't believe he is my Home Warranty service list. Disappointed.

Scheduled appointment and vendor never showed up. Tried to call them several times, but they never took my calls.
i wasted 4 hours of my time waiting for this vendor. I would not use this vendor. Obiously they do not value other people's time.

Called and set appointment right away. They came out on time and we're punctual. Got the estimate handled and took care of all approval. Thank you

Home warranty repair they showed up on time fixed our issues with the shower. I would call them again !

Absolute crooks. American Home Shield is also a co-conspirator in crime as they continue to do business with them. I didn't have a choice of companies, if you do...DO NOT SELECT this one!

Terrible. 5 days and 3 visits to the property and nothing was solved. Probably just collecting cash from the home warranty service.
