On time, on budget, excellent work! What more could you ask for from a contractor remodeling your bathroom? They were as easy as it gets to work with. Highly recommend hiring these guys for your next remodel project.

We remodeled our master bathroom with a large walk in shower. It was a big job! The demolition crew was on time and did an excellent job. They covered everything in the bathroom and cleaned up afterward. The install was done by Steven Martin. He is the Holy Grail of installers. He was on time, courteous, meticulous and trustworthy. He did a great job. He explained everything. I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona. This company also helps veterans!

Walk-in shower remodel. In my brand new home we had a very dangerous walk-in shower. Slippery floor, step-up and step-down and glass wall that was very wobbly. Called Dreamstyle and a very nice young man came and we worked out the details of what we wanted. Next came project mgr to verify measurements were correct. Installers Robert K. and Johnathan P. came to remove and rebuild our new shower. Both installers were a pleasure to work with. They were not only nice, professional and very good at what they do. We no longer have to worry about slipping, but the best is we now have a beautiful walk-in shower.

Jen was our Service Representative and he was very professional and courteous during the course of our Master Bathroom remodel. Recommended!

Top notch, sensitive work!

Jeff the installer was very professional. Great work ethics, checked with me thru out process. Made sure I was happy where safety bars would be located even curtain rod. Layed out covers and protected hallway carpet and flooring in laundry room. Very clean worker with tools, etc.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

Workers always showed on time and were very professional. Very satisfied with all the work performed.

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

This company couldn't even get me quote! I called them multiple times after the gentleman came and looked at my master bathroom. Even though they said they would have the owner call me, he never did! How could I ever trust a company that can't even get you a quote after 3 weeks! Excuse after excuse....onto a more reliable company

We are very happy with Stellar and Jeff in completing our kitchen cabinet reno. It was clear in our first meeting with him that he had the technical, installation and design experience that were were unable to find after getting bids from over 7 companies. My wife and I hired rebath or five day kitchens and bath a few years ago. While some of the work was satisfactory, we have had many issues which have risen since the job was done. We would not hire this company for any work whatsoever...they get in and get out and want to be paid! Just beware of the hack job that you may see. There is much shoddy and sloppy work!

Professional team!

We went in on Friday 7/10 to look at quartz counter tops and back splash. Both employees were very nice and helpful. We were asked to send our kitchen dimensions and pictures so they can give us an estimate. They would be able to send an estimate by the end of the following week . We went home and sent them immediately. We waited until Friday afternoon 7/17 and finally called them. We were told the designer hasn't looked at them yet and will be in later. It is now Tuesday 7/21 and we still have not heard back. Lack of communication or maybe our job is too small?

When we needed a shower door replacement Avonti measured it, created the replacement, and installed it perfectly. It was less expensive than I thought it would be, and a higher quality door than I expected. Highly recommend
