We’re very lucky to find Universe Plumbing LLC. Elvis did excellent job with great communication . After they fixed kitchen P trap for us, we were ready to change toilet. they checked everything and tell us it’s not necessary. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends.

Igor was incredibly competent and able to diagnose household issues within minutes. I called other plumbers, who made the situation worse!

I was extremely impressed with Igor's ability to not only address the problems, but solve them. I asked questions as to why my faucet, dishwasher and shower heads were malfunctioning; he was able to explain what was happening. He has a kind and friendly demeanor. I will only use Igor as my plumber from now on. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Mico and his Team came out and got to work. They did a great job on re-piping my home. Extremely professional, quick and did the job done on a timely manner. They were clean and make sure everything was put back the way it supposed to be. Their price were affordable and will work with their customer need. They will go out of their way to make the customer happy. Way to go!

Nick tore out a very old shower unit/floor pan/surround/walls and replaced them, as well as replacing two faucets in another bathroom. He did a fantastic, good quality job for all three! He was very responsive about when he was coming each day and communicated well. He was also very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again in the future!

A whole team of about 5-6 guys came in the morning and replied our whole house in one day, including replacing our water heater to a tankless one. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Elvis explained everything that was being done and answered all our questions. They cleaned out all the junk and even were so nice to take away our old water heater. We would definitively recommend them!

Igor and his crew are top-notch professionals. They re-plumbed our entire house in three days, opening walls and ceilings, re-piping, and cleaning up afterwards. They screwed the drywall pieces back into place to make it easier for someone to retape them.

The idea of repiping our whole home was very stressful. Igor and his crew with Universal Plumbing took care of everything and some. Igor and his crew were amazingly fast, without jeopardizing the quality of the work being performed. It took the crew about 12 hours to complete the work plus another 12 hours for a crew to patch and texture. Igor coordinated everything including the city inspection. In hindsight, my wife and I were stressing over nothing as Igor took care of it all. Very happy with the work, professionalism, record time and the follow up calls from Universal Plumbing. Thanks Igor! 5 Stars all the way!!!

Without warning our hot water stopped working. After calling a couple places and being told it would take a few days to have someone come look at our hot water heater we called Nick and he came out the same day. Within a few minutes he knew the problem and fixed our hot water heater in less than an hour. We are going to call Nick anytime we have a plumbing problem. Thanks for taking care of us! Your professionalism and expertise is so appreciated!
