I have used Wild West 3 times including once to replace my hot water heater. They are the best. They are on time, keep you informed, price things fairly, and just genuinely nice people. If you need a plumber, call Wild West. You will be glad you did.

AJ, the Saturday emergency technician, arrived at the promised time. He was quick to diagnose the problem and repair immediately. I would highly recommend any tech in the employ of Wild West Plumbing!!

I decided to use family owned Wild West Plumbing Co after seeing many online referrals from Scottsdale Living Facebook group. The owner Mitch (wearing his cowboy hat!) came out to give me a quote on replacing an old water softener and a shower cartridge. I appreciated the time he spent explaining everything along with a providing a few options. Scheduling was a breeze and the technician Brent did a great job with the installs. He ended up having to drive to 5 stores to find my particular shower cartridge but he took that in stride as he was determined to finish the job that day. I am happy to support this smaller (and newer) family owned business. Having had some less than stellar experiences from some “well known” plumbing companies, bigger is not always better.

This company got here next day, just like they said they would. They took care of our problem… we appreciate their quick action and now have everything work as it should!! Thank you!!

This is a wonderful plumber. They are very professional, kind and responsive. From Shelley who took my call to Mitch, the owner, and AJ. Everyone was very efficient. They managed to get me a 40 gallon tank to replace my 30 gallon. Very solution-minded. If you need a trustworthy plumber, I highly recommend them.

The techs that came out were awesome friendly and did good work, however the cost was way over priced for 30 min work. Two other companies quoted me $175 to unclog a drain and I paid $289

Wild West Plumbing is a family owned company, honest and true to their work. Wyatt came out to do a water pipe repair on one of the main lines running in the attic. He arrived promptly and explained step by step what needed to be done to address the repair. He completed the repairs very well, showing me the work completed and left the space clean and exactly how it was when he started. I will be using Wild West Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Wild West came to my rescue. They got here early and repaired the leaking pipe - in and out in about 30 minutes. Came very highly recommended on the Cave Creek resident’s Facebook Group. Hope to never use again, ha!
